Okay so I don’t ever bother with reviews ever, but this definitely deserves a review. When I say the caramel tastes unreal, IT TASTES UNREAL!! I’m under going prep at the moment and this protein never lets me down. 50 quid basically for the big tub and it’s 100% worth it. Don’t even think or debate about buying it, just buy it. If your in the gym full time and love training this goes extremely well and will help you along your training journey. Goes Well With: Now for me, I have a load of my protein shakers so I normally fill it half way up on the shaker with cold water and with 2 scoops of protein but that’s not for everyone, a lot of people add milk but if your in the gym full time you will understand the water instead of milk bit. Regardless 100% worth the buy.

I've tried several protein powders and this one is by far the best. It's composition has everything you'd want from a protein drink. For building lean muscle, to faster recovery - leading to faster gains. Easy on the stomach and no toilet runs. I bought the Hokkaido Milk Tea to try something different and its actually really nice. Tastes of Japanese Tea apparently! Not too sweet, and no bad aftertaste. 5***** from me Goes Well With: Water or Milk

This is my go-to Whey protein as it is high quality plus with added digestive enzymes. I've previously had Cookies and Cream which was nice. This time I went for Dark Chocolate and the flavour is absolutely terrible - it's sweet but there is no Dark Chocolate flavour at all. Dark Chocolate should be less sweet with a rich cocoa flavour - this is sweet but with no cocoa flavour. The flavour is not enjoyable so will definitely go for another flavour next time. I will buy again as I think it's the best Whey on the market and doesn't cause any stomach discomfort or bloating. Goes Well With: Water or Milk

I have used others like HUEL ( that I returned as it tasted of peas!! ) and USN that’s simply to sweet, so I was a bit apprehensive about trying new product but WOW!! what a great taste this has. It is by far the BEST EVER protein drink mix I have tried and believe me…..I don’t give review’s lightly! Coconut Caramel Fudge- What more is there to say... It's a GS Samoa Cookie in a cup. The smell from the container isn't the best, but the taste is actually pretty good . I have been mixing it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and the mixability has been good. The only issues with clumping have come when the liquid is super cold. My only complaint are the coconut flakes. I'm a mix it and drink it person and don't like to chew my protein shakes b/c it defeats the purpose. I've tried a lot and this one is better than most. and for the price that's hard to beat. Goes Well With: Water, Milk, Milk Alternatives

I've been trying a few different protein powders on the market and have finally found a personal favourite. I initially tried this shake with 300ml water as per the usage directions on the packaging but I found it to be too watery for my personal tastes. I swapped this out to skimmed/semi-skimmed milk and it is a game changer. Tastes like a decent banana milkshake. I have deducted a star purely from a packaging perspective. I really enjoy having a tub, although disposing of them is not ideal. A refill pack would be a good option if possible! Goes Well With: Milk & Unflavoured Creatine
When I saw the coconut caramel fudge, I immediately thought of Samoa's, the Girl Scout cookies, which are my FAVORITE. I’ve been avoiding regular protein for a while and sticking to clear whey, because I am notorious for buying protein powder then not finishing it because it tastes so bad. This one is amazing however! It doesn’t have that artificial sweetness that some do. The small coconut flakes are a nice touch too. I did one scoop of powder, some milk, water, and ice, and it came out perfect. Very filling and didn’t cause any stomach discomfort. I’m really pleased with this, it’s got a good amount of protein and the sale price was too sweet!!

I’ve been on my fitness journey for a few years now and I’ve come to realise over time that there isn’t really a finishing line, but more that you’re always trying to beat your best and looking to improve. Whether it is your fastest 5k or what you last lifted in the gym. And this for me is what gets me those results! I’ve tried a ton of whey protein that’s on the market and yes, many are great and do work. It’s finding the right one for you! But if you want a great all round product that delivers then my friend you have found it!! Nice chunky 25g of protein! Easy to drink and a large range of flavours. I bought some of this whey protein last time and went for the cookies n cream flavour. really tasty in my opinion. easy to mix, easy to drink. has a sweetish taste to it. Then this time I’ve just had delivered the salted caramel flavour as I heard good things about it and all I can say is WOW. it tastes like a milkshake you would get from five guys or somewhere like that. really sweet really tasty. so easy to mix and delicious. I haven’t tried any others apart from these two but I will definitely be buying the salted caramel again without a doubt. Goes Well With: my protein pro metal shaker water.
