All the waists are slightly large but I am very narrow thru the waist and hips so it was to be expected. I hemmed all the full length slacks, but that was also to be expected and I don't consider that to be a negative.However, all the slacks I have ordered , in this and previous shipment have creases in the legs that are difficult to remove. In the first shipment I tried steaming them and ruined a navy pair causing the fabric to look bubbled. Then I realized they should not be steamed. So I pressed the others gently and just hope that in time the creases will come out in the dry cleaning.I am very happy with the quality and will continue purchasing from Theory. They are just what I needed for work.

Ordered these pants based on website photo but color sent was burgundy. Upon research, the malbec color description is correct but the photo shared is misleading. The photo on the website should be changed to burgundy because that's the color being sold here. Overall lovely pants _ returned due to color issue and purchasing size too big. For reference, I'm a size 2 (120lbs).

I am not one to leave reviews but I was so excited about these pants only for them to rip in the back seam after 2 wears. I work in an office and I am generally not active so to find a small hole in the back seam after taking them off at the end of my work day was super disappointing. Furthermore, given the price this defect is unacceptable. Nordstrom is making it quite challenging for me to process an exchange and return, but given the multiple bad reviews you’d hope that they would be open minded. I sincerely hope that they stop selling these pants given their quality issues.

Great cut. Perfect fit. The fabric is high quality and the garment has a sturdy construction. These are a wardrobe staple. I own in two colors. Would highly recommend.
I love these pants! As a petite person with really short legs, these hit me as full length but they still fit perfectly along my legs. Based on my largest measurement I should have been a six, but the 4 fit way better and even seemed to stretch out a little with wearing. They are so comfortable and flattering and I love them!!
I ordered size 12 and, if I thought I was getting a cropped pant, it would have been a good fit; but I didn't think I ordered a cropped pant. It didn't say "cropped", as Theory does typically say when selling a cropped pant, so I thought I was ordering the regular length pant. I sent an inquiry, explaining what happened, and I was basically told "no returns, too bad". I wrote again and asked that a supervisor be involved. I never heard back. I did put in another order for the regular length pant, which I'm waiting for. It has already been charged to my account; so now I paid twice to get the pant I wanted. Very disappointed in Theory customer service.
Just a tad loose for me. I got size 00. My waist and hips are 24" and 32." Keeping because the merlot color is one of my favorites. It just barely works if I'm tucking a top and/or with a belt. The length is actually surprisingly perfect for me and I'm 5'2. I get a size 00P at banana republic for wool suit pants similar to these, which fit better so I would say these run a bit loose/big.
Love these slacks! They are so comfortable and the fit is great for my petite frame. I have three pairs of this Treeca style. For reference, I am 5'1 and 108 pounds. I purchased the 2 and probably could have gone with the 0, but am completely satisfied with the fit. The length is perfect!
These pants are beautiful and fit so well, but I just wish they made a cropped high waisted version because I feel like the mid rise isn’t the most flattering on me and my waist is on the smaller side so there’s always a gap. Other than that, everything else is wonderful. I’m 5’2” with a 27-28 inch waist and about 120 lbs, and I got a size 4, which fits me well in most places. The fabric is slightly itchy but that’s nothing some leggings underneath can’t fix. It’s a lot thinner than I expected so I don’t think it’ll hold up against the cold that well because they’re so thin so I expected to wear leggings underneath anyway.
Well cut narrow trousers, in good wool fabric which is nice for spring/summer. Very large so altho' I'm size 8 UK, I buy size 2 US and it fits beautifully. I buy cropped and have to have them lengthened as far as they'll go, which then just covers my ankles. Slim trousers are hard to find these days, but suit me best, so I have 8 pairs in different colours. The new sand melange is a subtle pale taupe - extremely pretty.
