I have super dry eyes, and while I am under the care of an ophthalmologist, we try to manage the symptoms with over the counter products as much as possible. TheraTears is a favorite brand - their products really work for me. However, I often resort to using the thick night time gel treatment even during the day to get dry eye relief. That works, but the gel can be inconvenient during the day when you need quick relief that doesn't blur your vision for a bit. This extra dry eye therapy works just as well, if not better, than the night time gel. Very soothing, easier to apply, and I get dry eye relief for hours on end. My eyes feel so moisturized! I even swapped out and used the extra dry eye drops instead of night time gel overnight and woke up still comfortable. ... MoreI have super dry eyes, and while I am under the care of an ophthalmologist, we try to manage the symptoms with over the counter products as much as possible. I have Sjogrens Syndrome and have used Theratears for many years. Occasionally I have tried other new brands, but always return promptly to Theratears. Other drops sting or leave my eyes blurry for a long time. I notice that one other product actually loses its liquid inside a sealed vial over time. I never have that problem with This product. If you dont need to use the whole vial, you can reattach the tab to reseal it. The makers dont recommend doing that, but I have not had any problems if I finish the vial up within 4-6 hours. There is a one dollar coupon in every box, so that helps keep the price down a little. The most important thing is that Theratears successfully rehydrates the eyes for a long time.

Fantastic Dryness Relief!

These dry eye drops work fantastic. I live in an extremely dry climate and had Lasik years back, so I've used my fair share of eye drops over the years for dryness. After Lasik, I became extremely partial to preservative free eye drops. Some of the ones that I've found in the past seem to work well for dryness, but they cause my eyes to itch. These ones don't seem to cause that at all. The dryness relief is phenomenal. It feels like I'm dropping a cool ice cube in my eyes each time I use the drops with no itchy side effect afterwards. I don't know that I'll try another brand after this because these work so well and provide everything that I was looking for. I'm excited to have a product to use this winter when the air starts getting really dry.

Great Moisture
25 August 2022

A lot of times that I wake up my eyes are totally dry and hard to open up. This causes me to rub them and constantly move my eyeballs around to get them to wake up. So recently, I started using these TheraTears Extra Dry Eye Therapy Lubricant Eye Drops when I have this problem. These eye drops clearly add just the right amount of moisture for my eyes to feel normal and decent enough without irritation. I also use these drops when my eyes feel gritty and hard to focus from the lack of good moisture. This product always helps the situation very quickly, which is indeed a plus. One to two drops is all it takes and the feeling is like a thirst quencher to my eyes. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend the use of TheraTears.

Great product
23 August 2022

Thera Tears Extra Dry Eye Drops is a really nice eye lubricating product that works and gives instant eye comfort. I have allergies that make my eyes feel dry and irritated. The dryness and irritation builds up over the day add in summer heat and pollution I need a good product for dry eye relief. This product moisturizes and soothes my eyes instantly. I also like that one application lasts a long time so I don’t have to keep reapplying it. This is well priced, available in a multi-pack, and is easy to find in store or online. I selected this in the two pack and like the convenience of having an extra bottle for my purse. Overall, I am glad I tried this and this product does work well for me.

I suffer from chronic dry eyes disease and a few wks ago I started using the dry eyes vitamins from this brand together this this eye drops and after being in pain and uncomfortable for over a year Im finally starting to see a difference Im starting to have a normal life, no more light sensitivity or the feeling that something is stuck in my eyes and all those horrible symptoms that dry eyes sufferers know. Almost everything gone!!!! You know what that is? Thats called a miracle of God…. I hope it goes well for you. I recommend trying it and don’t give up.

Helps relieve my eyes
5 September 2022

I like these small individual eye drops. I prefer to eliminate products with preservatives. These carry nicely in my purse. I wear the one a day contacts sometimes and it helps to alleviate any itching or irritation I may get from dryness or even debris. I do wish you could squeeze the contents in a stream like form vs tiny drops. So I could almost flush out possible debris. But the purpose of these drops are for dry eye relief. Something to keep in mind. They don't irritate my eyes, I did notice once very slight burning and almost a film on my eye, but I must have had something in my eye that reacted with the drops.

Shady practices???
24 August 2023

I have used Thera Tears and I like the product but this latest purchase is suspect! The expiration date is 01/2024 and it is now 08/2023. Four months for a product's use before expiration is unacceptable!I suspect this company is getting rid of old merchandise before it expires!I am very disappointed with Walmart; I expect to be able to rely on Walmart's choice of providers.FOUR MONTHS UNTIL EXPIRATION DATE for eyedrops IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Total disappointment!!!!
20 September 2023

Very disappointed. I live in Tucson, Arizona, order this eye lubricant from Walmart, thinking they’ll be shipped from local store, or from around Phoenix or at most, as far as California. This order came from New York, took 7 days to reach me!!!The heat In Arizona is still over 100 F the whole week last week. Today I called the Theratears customer service and asked if it was safe to use the product after exposed to prolong extreme temperatures. They advised me not to use it!!!Why can’t Walmart ship temperature sensitive products as locally as possible??? Why it wasn’t on the order page stating where products will be shipping from????Receipt received with shipped products says there’s a restocking fee for returns. I end up at a loss all the same!!Total ... MoreVery disappointed. Works great, my eyes don't feel dry %26 gritty
2 August 2023

Have cataract surgeries coming up soon. I bought these because my eyes have been getting dry due to having a fan or air conditioning all the time. These hydrate way better than saline drops. Surgeon said I needed to have something for post surgery moisturizing, I said I had these and was told they would be fine. Also suggested to put them in the fridge for a little added coolness, so I might try that. May pick up another bottle before my surgeries just in case I need more.
