I tried out these tear drops with hopes of finding relief, but they turned out to be pretty average for me. I didn't notice any significant benefits in my particular case. However, as with many products, individual experiences can vary. While they weren't the solution for me, they might work better for others. If you're considering them, they could be worth a try.

I have excessively dry eyes (dry eye syndrome) and need to use artificial tears to keep my eyes lubricated. I use normal TheraTears Dry Eye drops during the day and the TheraTears Gel at night. The Single-use droppers are more convenient and less chance for contamination to occur. It's a great product and my Eye Doctor approves. I recently had Punctal Plugs placed in my tears ducts to help create my own tears, but still use the TheraTears a few times a day or at night at bedtime.

I bought these drops for the first time. I had laser surgery and afterwards my eyes started to be very dry. Even through the night my eyes had very bad burn and my vision was blurry. After first use of these drops my dryness through the night gone and my vision improved in the morning after I got up. Superb product! I'm using it every night right now and recommend to all my friend who had laser surgery. One bottle of gel enough for 3 to 4 nights to me.

Theaters NIGHTIME gel drops are best I've found for significant or serious eye dryness short of instilling of sterile gel which several eyedrop companies also make (gel from a tube blurs my vision and can only be used before bed or when you don't need that eye to see for @8 hours or more. Of those a good version is a British brand which uses flaxseed oil. I've found them on Ebay but forgotten the name) Theratears NIGHTTIME eyedrops I can use during the day, but it too affects vision though to a lesser degree. These drops take over when standard drops don't help enough no matter how often I put them in my eye. THese can really save you from terrible discomfort.
I suffer from very dry, itchy and irritated eyes. Specially during this time of the year. I have tried every product available over the counter with no lasting relief. Until this product! I placed the drops at night, as stated in the easy to understand directions, and wake up to fresh eyes every morning! They don’t sting and don’t cause any additional irritation.
I got this item a couple of weeks ago and it's been working great so far. I usually have issues with dry eyes in the morning and haven't had issues since I got these. I'll put in the drops before I go to bed and wake up feeling fine. As they are an overnight tear, keep in mind that it's a thicker formula than what you would expect regular eye drops to be. Overall pretty good and I like that they're in individual vials!
Actually I ordered the wrong drops. I love Thera Tears eye drops for dry eyes in the ampules and that’s what I thought I ordered. These are very messy and do not moisturize my eye at all, yet when I wake up, I have crusty in my eyelashes and around my eyes. A mess. Restasis gel night time drops do not do this at all and are very moisturizing and do not leave a mess around my eyes.I love Thera Tears, but not these
They are ok. Maybe better than the common there tears dry eye therapy because the active ingredient in these is four times more than in the common ones. But I think they don't last long. After a few hours, the gel is spoiled. It does feel different. The quantity in each vial is a lot to use at nighttime. Maybe a good idea is for the manufacturer to include more vials with less gel per vial. Maybe 60 vials with the half amount of gel. The manufacturer can review the composition as well. Perhaps four times more of the active ingredient is too much per vial. Again, they can consider making more vials per package with three times more of the active ingredient.
