I only gave this 4 stars because I have yet to try all the attachments, also have not had it long enough for the long term benefits. That being said I mostly bought this for my migraines and clenching jaw, so far this has done wonders for me personally just being able to relax the jaw muscles and massage the temporal area.

I bought these after purchasing Theraface so nice to use the hot attachment for relaxation before bed and the cold attachment on a morning to de puff the face. I now have the full range and use all attachments. I have now resolved teeth clenching so no more jaw ache as a consequence i sleep better and my complexion is much better
Love these!!! Especially the cold ring! Soothe ls the eyes and really reduces the puffiness! Really nice on my temples and forehead during a headache. I use both hot and cold around the TMJ.Worth the additional money.
The hot ring is ok, but the cold one isn’t very good, makes the device very hot and it doesn’t really stay cold for longer than a few minutes. Don’t buy it you’ll end up not using it and it’s expensive. Better get the skinny confidential!
The cold rings are a great add on to the theraface unit. I find that it works well to reduce under eye swelling and also to massage face . I like to use it along with the massage attachment!
Diary of BAD customer service:This is my journey of the worse kind of customer service so far after trying to buy the new TheraFace Pro online from the Therabody website.- 16th April - bought TheraFace Pro and paid £444.00- Delivery was expected within 2-3 business days- No communication about dispatch. Left it until 22nd April before contacting customer services.- Was told they would get back to me within 24 hours (stock response from Therabody I’ve come to understand)- No response. Called them again on 24th April. Same response - give us 24 hours.- I then told them I’d like to cancel my order and received a refund.- After several more phone calls and emails to a supervisor I still haven’t had a response and still waiting for my refundThis is so poor. I have had sinus issues all my life and using the cold rings daily has minimized any of the headaches .The Theraface pro is an amazing all in one tool - I highly recommend buying one for yourself!
i love this equipment, especially i have luna, yamen, refa. this theraface pro just combine all and easy to carry.However, the cold ring is super easy to overheat. and it become so hot in very short time....
