I honestly was worried about trying this product and how good it would work, but was very surprised that it worked. I first started using it just to prepare for moisturizer on my skin and it helped it sink into my skin and leave it feeling soft and nourished. I found that not only is it amazing for depuffing, my allergy swollen eyes, but it’s great for the jawline neck and cheek area as well. You determine what setting you want to use depending on the results you are wanting to achieve. The cold setting is great for decreasing puffiness and inflammation (which is what I mostly wanted it for). You can choose 10, 12 or 14 degrees Celsius. The cold setting is also great to use first thing in the morning to help your face feel refreshed and revitalize eyes for more alert and awakened look. The heat setting helps increase circulation, reduce pain and tension. It should be used prior to serums or moisturizer to help with absorption. The heat settings are 35, 38 and 42 degrees Celsius. I did not feel any zaps like I normally would have with a thick layer of serum when I used my Trophy Skin BrightenMD device that I felt is super zappy and unpleasant to use.
