I purchased the Theragun Pro with quite some apprehension as I had never tried or even held one before. It's quite a pricey purchase even when on offer, which is when I bought it ... I was not disappointed. I wasn't sure what to expect, but this thing packs a punch - or a thousand of them! I have myofacial pain everywhere, arms that go numb when I sleep on my side, heel fasciitis, lower back pain, shoulder and neck pain. I am using the Theragun every day for around an hour (that just gets the tip of the iceberg) but it is the reason I can walk and sleep and move in between. That's on top of trigger point work. It's been particularly good on my heel fasciitis - where I can just barely tolerate touch - and I can now start walking without looking crippled for the first 10 minutes. I could go on. Truly awesome. Just wish I had someone to hold it for my back and shoulders but the handle options mean that I can find a way to get to every spot. Best money spent in a long time.

I have had 6 of these replaced under warranty so far in the last 12 months The battery compartment will stop holding the battery in place after about 3-5 weeks of daily use (about an hour a day on the top level). A mounting screw comes out. I am sure it would be an easy redesign as the previous model did not have this issue. But Theragun does not fix issues, just replaces the gun with current stock or fixes the issues with a new shell and moves on to promoting their newest model (Pro 5 which now has a 1 year warranty instead of 2). The company replaces/fixes the gun, but the customer service is awful. From the time of notifying them that the gun has stopped working until I receive a new gun is 4 to 5 weeks on average. Wanted to use for a few months before reviewing. It is just what I needed for easing muscles and preventing injuries. Easy to use, two batteries - which is good because if anyone else in the house wants to use it, the second battery is on charge whilst the other battery is in use. Quick charging too! The Theragun Pro comes in a huge box, I was surprised when it first arrived, but as I lifted the top off a very Apple-esque box, I realised this was due to the inclusion of a hard travel case which has neat compartments for 2 batteries and all the accessories (including 6 head attachments complete with a small Theragun branded pouch). Whilst the travel case is sturdy, be aware it isn't compact by any means so don't expect to throw this in a small gym bag. Overall its a solid unit, if a bit on the heavier side but this isn't necessarily an issue for me. The speed range on the lowest setting caught me off guard, but once you get used to the intensity then its easy to bring the speed up. The most important question; does it work? Quick answer - YES!! This thing is amazing. I had my first gym session back since lockdown so I expected to be sore for days after but the Theragun cut the recovery time down by over half, I felt less stiffness in muscles and instantly more relaxed. It is an expensive product so I couldn't justify the full five stars, but as the headline suggests - if you're prepared to pay for results then you won't be disappointed.
Love this! I bought the cheaper Prime model and returned it to buy this one and never looked back. The 60lbs force vs 30lbs force was why I exchanged for this model and it’s SO much better. Yes the device is expensive but as someone with chronic stiffness/soreness who was constantly taking Tylenol this is helping instead of medicine. Definitely ease into using it daily as too much too fast you’ll be sore. The app is awesome with all the videos and routines you can do depending on which parts of your body you want to work on. Love this! If you think about it you pay $150 or more for a good one hour massage so this is equivalent to 4 of those in price but yet you can reap the benefit of it everyday!

Have to turn our tv up above 70 just to make sense of what they are saying over the extremely loud clacking and rattling of this overpriced machine. Oil(or grease) from the shaft has stained my new sheets and pillow cases I bought for Christmas along with 2 shirts. Around 400 dollars plus worth of expensive linen. I wiped shaft but it comes back. Have exchanged once allreafy and more oil and the noise lecel is ludicrous. Double attatchment I ordered and waited for snapped on me under light use in 1st week. 2400 revs is just still too low as others go up to 3200 plus and you want that. The decide is great but the quality isn't as good as I anticipated. One of the batteries stopped working even after low to fair usage, about 8 months into my purchase. I contacted theragun and after lots of emails, they told me the batteries are only covered by a 90 day warranty. So the 2 yea warranty advertised is untrue. I expected more for something so expensive. I do have the other battery but since there is no way it lasts as long as they advertised, I'll need to be charging it in between uses which is annoying. I would think twice before purchasing as I'm not sure the risk is worth it. I'll def not buy theragun again (was thinking of buying their dot massager but I won't anymore). Purchase carefully
This review is for the Theragun G4 Pro - Black This one is much less clacky than the previous version by a lot. Well made and I cant bog it down. It does have 16mm rate of travel or amplitude which is much more than the standard massage gun which are just a little more than vibration. So they are two different tools totally. Not that one is bad and one is good, they are just different. This gun really gets in there, so if you find deep tissue massage a bit much this is not for you. You would want one of the cheaper standard gun massagers. I get muscle knots and have to work them out. The charge one battery in the stand while you still use your Theragun is a big plus.
