This pillow has eased my neck pain instantly, it's so comfortable, but takes a little getting used to sleeping in the middle of the pillow. My pillow arrived so quickly I couldn't wait to have my first sleep on it. Definitely worth it!

Not the right pillow for me, it's not unusual for me to spend money on the wrong pillow as I have very specific needs. If I lived in the same state as the makers I'm sure they could have personalised one for me. However, I used the filling to make two pillows for other members of family.

OK but I find it doesn’t work that well with side sleeping only back, and doesn’t fit a satin pillow slip which is my preference. It actually seemed to worsen my neck pain not improve it. I find to use it I have to keep turning it upside down and then back again. Ended up reverting to my old neck pillow.
Not for me. Tried it for 2 weeks and realised my worsening neck pain was probably due to this pillow. Stopped using it and the pain went to my "normal" levels. Probably too high for me in the neck when lying on my back. I think it works for me when lying on my side. Build/materials OK. Not sure if the filling might clump over time though.
