I bought this product a year ago, used it last summer and it worked pretty good. Bring it out this summer, would not start. I had an extra battery, I installed that, it wouldn’t start. I bought a package of fresh batteries, installed one and it wouldn’t work. Totally frustrated!

I have absolutely loved all my thermocell products in the past, never had a single issue with them. I recently bought the mr300 and I have had nothing but issues, I can’t get it to stay lit. It will light for 5 seconds at a time and go out. I loved the old style, it would light no matter what. I’m very disappointed in the quality of my new thermocell

Mozzies and bugs were gone in a matter of minutes, even around ground lanterns on a recent camping trip. Very impressed. Will invest in another one for outside entertainment at home too.

I've used these for years, and they are the only thing I've found that truly work, and they work beautifully. I mean, no mosquitoes in your zone, no lie. I used to live in Minnesota in an area of thick woods and marshes, and the mosquitoes were unbelievable. Thermacell works! This thermacell, is not even a year old ,and it has quit working I have one of the first generation and it’s still going strong.seems like these new ones are junk.And of course unfortunately I don’t have the receipt anymore.I have recommended thermacell in the past to people but if they keep building junk like this I don’t think I’m going to anymore.
The advertised coverage area is simply inaccurate; the supply of butane cartridges is insufficient for the number of repellent mats (leading to dozens of excess mats that can’t be used for anything else), and there is far too much waste. Otherwise OK
Here is SW Florida we got hammered by Hurricane Ian. Many Lani screen gone and mosquitoes are out in full force.I recommend folks buy whatever in the product line they want to survive the onslaught.I have it.Be nice if Thermacell could donate a few to the hardest hit folks here in Lee county and around us.Guaranteed to keep nasty bugs away!
Great product that is simple to use and is effective. No more hoping that the mozzie coils will do their thing, this works like it says on the label. I suppose my only con is the cost of the refills, but then again, the way I react to mozzie bites means that I need something this effective!
Loved it when we first used it. Reccomended it to my friends but not even a month later it stopped working. Lights but doesnt stay lit. My friend had the same issue with this unit. Seems to be a common fault. Very disappointing considering the price of it.
Great but does burn through the pads and liquid a little quicker than i would like especially for the cost of the replacements. Would use a LOAD more if the replacement pads and liquid wasnt so expensive, definitely do feel it is worth the purchase though. Found myself burning mosquito coils just so i wouldnt use too mamy of the pads/liquid.
