In fact I didn't realize this paste is for overclocking. Nevertheless, I used it to replace the thermal paste on the processor of a machine I bought second-hand and it reduced the operating core temperatures by a good 10° C. The only down side is it's very difficult to apply. It goes on easily but if you try to smooth it out over the surface of the processor it sticks to the spatula and leaves the metal bare. However, after several attempts I succeeded in getting a reasonable coverage. The results are worth the effort.

It is quite big package and I'm not even sure I'm gonna use it all until it expires :) The color is good - it helps cleaning the cpu when you do repasting. I'm using it with i9-14900k + contact frame - the temperatures looks OK (~37C in idle with the room temperature 27C)

So any temperature drop that can be had is always going to be beneficial.However, the biggest gains I had from this was when I decided to also re-paste my 2080 Ti card (MSI Ventus OC) with it. I was initially seeing core temps reach 79°C under full load in certain games which was just way too toasty for my liking. This Thermal Paste is really good, all my temps are nice and cool. I've overclocked my 5900x up to 4.7 GHz on all cores,and it's not overheating.This thermal paste is hard to install tho. It can be difficult to get it on the heatspreader. But with the time, you can do that easily.
It is really expensive paste, but it is very effective.My 14900K with Arctic Paste and Corsair iCUE H170i Elite LCD XT in Cinebench had 100+ degrees Celsius.With Thermal Grizzly it has lowered almost 15C. Cinebench test and 86C.Recommend this one for high end PCs

I've got free cheap mx-4 with my 58003D but temps were high with my Nzxt all in one 280 cooler. So I've got this paste and performance is even worse . Thermal throttling 100 mhrz more than mx4 doing Prime95 test. Plus 2 applicator nozzles i've got in my pack won't fit the tube with paste . Waste of money in my opinion, never again.
