Not quite as quiet as the noctuas at full speed and I'm sure they don't move quite as much air through out the rpm range but they're black... I'm sure it's just placebo but I'm certain they're just not quite as good. But for the price they're amazing. The lack of a proper square frame I think counters the copywrite stuff but also means they don't quite seal against a rad but it's good enough.
