A long-time favorite of comfort-craving female backpackers, the Therm-a-Rest Women’s ProLite Plus sleeping pad is a lightweight, compact option for all but the coldest of conditions. Self-inflating foam and strategic die-cutting provide the pad with a 3-season worthy 3.9 R-value. The pad provides a 1.5”-thick sleeping base. The diagonal-cut foam core offers cushioned support but is also extremely compressible to ensure a compact packed size when uninflated. A self-inflating design allows you to simply unroll the pad and open the integrated one-way WingLock valve. The pad's open-cell foam responds by soaking up air, similar to a sponge absorbing liquid. Once the pad has inflated, you can adjust the firmness by adding a few puffs of air or pressing down lightly on the pad to release air.
