Excellent thermometer! This thermometer help me cook the perfect Thanksgiving turkey. The two probes helped me Monitor the temperature on my bird ensuring a thorough and well cooked, moist turkey! I love that I can leave the probes in and monitor the temperature from outside the oven not having to open the door which insured a moist turkey.

There are other name brands out there, that are more expensive. I couldn't pass on this one, due to the price. I have to say that I am impressed and very pleased with my purchase. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I checked the accuracy by placing it in my oven. It is spot on! I've used it for 5 "low and slow" cooks on my Expert Grill 22 inch kettle. So far it's holding up.

It is my first thermometer and I just love it, I have cooked a lamb rack and a picanha, no timer needed, just set the exact temperature and the meet was perfectly rare done. Next I will use it to do Italian merengue. Super easy to use. Also the curbside pick up was great.
I bought this thermometer because I wanted to be able to check the ambient and meat temperature without having to open my smoker door. After about 2 hours of smoking a brisket I noticed the ambient temperature measured on the probe was about 50 degrees higher than my smokers thermometer. I then checked the probe in my brisket against my instant read thermometer (which I know is accurate) and it was about 12 degrees higher. Please note this was only 2 hours into the cook. I can't imagine how far off it would be if I left it in for the full 10 hour smoke. Needless to say, I returned it. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for"
I love this ThermoPro thermometer! This is the third one I have ordered. I haven’t given away two as gifts. This device comes with a magnetic back. It simply attaches to the front of your oven. It has two prongs, which of course allows you to keep tabs on two temperatures. Spot on perfect temperature by the way!!! Love this product!
Would not do another brisket without one of these. Not only does it have internal temperature but set point with a timer AWESOME PRODUCT!!!
