I like it better than the 01 I had. Because it has more functions able to change the settings. Comes in pretty handy, the laser light is not as powerful but still works pretty good.

Awesome tool to test!

It is fantastic to use to help me to know where the cold draft comes from. Not only that, I did check on the hot tea's temp for fun to see how hot it is! Recommend getting it since it is easy to work without complication.

Excellent product

This is an excellent tool to have on hand! It’s very compact so it doesn’t take up a lot of space if you’re keeping it in a kitchen and drawer. It’s very comfortable to hold and use. The screen is very bright and the functions are simple and easy to toggle. You can hold down the trigger to get a live stream reading or you can click the trigger once to get a snapshot reading. I tested the temperature of my bathroom sink faucet and was surprised to see how hot my hot water was. I plan on using this during the summer a lot and can’t wait to try it while cooking meats as well.

Incredible Infrared Thermometer

Accurate and easy to use Infrared Thermometer I have tested it multiple ways on grills, water heater and hot water in my home. I feel confident because of the infrared laser and the backup light. Tiny Thermometer but it’s has everything you need!

Ok could have been a bit more accurate.

I heard other reviews that gave 5 stars, I would not go that far. It takes a bit of fiddling about to get an accurate reading. you can adjust the eh infrared temperature sensitivity to give you the best and most accurate reading. Other than that it works reasonably well.

Overall works well, but can't get laser to work

With grilling season upon us, I figured this would be a good add to my cooking toolkit. Overall, I really like this thermometer and find the reads to be accurate. I also really like that it comes with batteries, since most electronics nowadays don't and then you have to go out of your way to dig some up. The only downside I've experienced so far is that the thermometer gun is supposed to have a laser that helps you with the accuracy of what you're measuring but mine never shows up when I use it. I expect this is user error more than anything, but would keep an eye out for other reviews to see if others are experiencing this issue.

Very handy accurate device!

I love this tool!I use it to make sure my oven is at temperature for my baking business. I also use this when I am grilling.I also used this to test the sidewalk before walking my dog! It was too hot!If you want to be accureat when you are cooking or grilling, this is for you! Very user friendly too!

Wide variation.

The thermometer functions ok on large flat surfaces, but when checking temperature of a pipe or a hose or odd shaped area I noticed huge temperature swings. I think the red dot is pointing someplace else. Next time I'll look at the type that has 2 dots that focus around the area you want to check.

Works well

This is a really handy tool to keep on hand for multiple uses around the house. It works quickly and easily. The set up took less than a minute. Batteries are included and are easy to install. Would definitely recommend.

Works well, and works as advertised

I made this purchase for use in the workplace and I'm very pleased. Setting up the device was very easy, essentially just installing the batteries and setting the display to Fahrenheit instead of celsius. Point the device at any object and immediately the temperature displays. No complaints whatsoever.
