I was disappointed that there was no stand with this model. You can hang it on the wall or it has a magnet on the back. Other than that. It works great. Takes batteries. I needed to be able to find out what the humidity level is after showering because there is so much condensation in the bathroom even with an exhaust fan on. Answer was about 90%. So then I bought a small portable heater and that took care of the problem.

Accurate within less than 1 degree of my digital programable Hunter thermostat. Not sure how accurate the humidity display is, because sometimes it shows exactly the same as the display on my cool mist humidifier and sometimes it shows up to a 2 percent difference. Close enough for me. It does not have a built in stand.

Work precisely as described, very responsive and surprisingly high quality for such a good price. I bought two and kept them together initially to see if there was any deviation...nope, accurate (at least to eachother). Awesome! So now I keep them in different rooms at my shop to monitor the humidity levels, etc. work like a charm...one little tap wakes up the units light display. Highly recommended
