Very bad design of the pressed button, Easy to break down and it is not under warranty. It cannot keep the water hot enough after one night. I used it for less than one year.

This pump pot is great! Keep heat for long time. Love the product and the price! The only problem is the packaging. The pot was put into a box without any wrapping and there was no invoice in the box.

Keeps your hot water hot for a couple hours, then it turns into hot-ish warm water. The whole idea of this is to save electricity and water, and they expect us to waste more energy pre-warming the bottle up to keep the water warm. Good enough is all.

It's supposed to be double insulated and made in USA. It turned out to be not really insulated. It does not keep the hot water hot for more than 5 hours. Cheap quality material used but not cheap price. Made in China. To see is to believe! Felt I got cheated!
Not just great for parties. Good to save energy too if you don't constantly need hot water. Each hot water fill stays warm/hot for up to 12 hrs. And cold water 24hrs. I think this wasn't clearly stated when i bought it. But I absolutely love the product. Easy click and collect - and great staff service at Melville. Thanks!
We use this all the time for picnics or kids sports days. Holds a lot and is very sturdy.
We don't have hot water system in our caravan. We use this flask there wherever we need warm water like washing hands, brushing teeth etc. Other smaller flasks (1 or 1.5 liters) from Thermos brand, keeps hot water for 24hrs but this one is for 12hrs which actually fits our purpose very well. Hence good rating.

Good quality, does what it say on the tin! Works exceptionally well. Keeps my coffee hot all day.
I work out doors on night shift in all kinds of weather (some times dusk till dawn), & it gets pretty cold. As such a hot cup of coffee is vital. This thermos keeps my coffee piping hot all night and the pump action is so convenient.
