Thermos Stainless King Insulated Travel Mug 470ml Midnight Blue

Great value for money! Bought this for my hubby for a fathers Day gift and he's used it every day since! His coffee is still hot at lunch time when he's made it in the morning, well pleased with how well it works! Also the handle is very useful, it's a nice sleek design and the colour shows beautifully. Well pleased!

470 ml stainless steel insulated vacuum travel mug

This has been a god-send gift for family with three under three. Mum can make camomile tea before she goes to bed to have with the 2 o’clock feed. Dad uses his for the very early morning jog with pram loaded with two oldest, so he can literally have coffee on the run while mum catches up with some sleep after 6 am feed.

Excellent Thermos Mug, and so handy for micro-sleepers like me :-)

I've been using this type of Thermos for a few years now. At first to keep a herbal tea next to the bed overnight. More recently I use it for every cuppa I have during the day. At present I have 3 of these Thermos', one each for coffee, tea, and herbal. I really like the fact it keeps the beverages warm for so long. Being one who suffers micro-sleeps, this is the safest way for me to enjoy my drinks. If I do momentarily drop-off, there's far less spilled, and if I remember to close the top after each sip (rare), then there is zero spillage.

Great!

Take coffee to work everyday in this. Stays boiling hot for the first 3-4 hours but warmth slowly dies off.Great stainless finish inside the mug doesn't give that plastic taste cheaper version do.Overall great product

Handle is lacking

Bit of fiddling to re-assemble post wash as not used to it.Having some difficulty twisting the lid on the thread completely. Haven’t spilt anything but didn’t upside down test it yetDecent capacity. For it’s brand and durability it would’ve been better to construct a robust handle than the plastic type that appears to be glued on? Unsure how long handle will last? Perhaps riveted steel handle is best.

Keeps hot for hours

Love this! I’ve gone through a bunch of reusable coffee cups and this one is the best by far in keeping the heat. I make a hot coffee at 10am and at 7pm it’s still warm to drink. I have young children so there’s no more cold coffee!! Well designed and quality product from Thermos. Twist to open and shut is great for one handed drinking. Easy to take apart and clean. I’ve chucked it in my bag plenty of times and not a drip. Shipping was incredibly fast!! Thank you again hello green, love your products, I’ve bought a few times from this store and they’re reliable.

My favourite!

Love it! Use it daily. Comfortable grip. Stable. Keeps drinks hot. Top quality and will last for years - as expected from the Thermos brand. Bought it on sale. Absolutely worth every cent.

Original Thermos Brand

The absolute best. You pay a little more but it's worth it. Don't waste your money on cheap models they're a waste of money.Original thermos brand is the best, super tough, durable and long lasting. Does exactly what they claim keeps hot drinks hot and keeps cold drinks cold for over 5 hours. Easy to clean as well the lid comes apart so you clean individual parts and not have worry about yucky build up over time that cause awful cheesy smells. Amazing product you get what you pay for. By the way don't put carbonated drinks in it and close the lid it will wreck the mug (the lid that is). Bought 3 over the years one of them is over 15 years old and still works as good as when it was first purchased. Love the thermos mug everyone should own one and so we can all ... MoreThe absolute best. You pay a little more but it's worth it. The Best Coffee Mug Ever!

Keeps liquids hot or cold for a long time. The metal base is almost indestructible. The lid generally seals well and is spill proof (as long as you remember to close it properly). The handles are perfect for carrying around or holding while drinking. And they fit in the cup holders in my car (an old Commodore). The parts in the lids do wear after a while, and it would be awesome if you could get spare parts. This is about the 8th one I’ve bought, and currently have five in use - great for road trips with friends.

Value for money

Like previous reviewers have identified, this cup keeps your drinks hot exceptionally well. I make a drink in the morning at 7 am and at 4pm it is still hot. I hope it performs as well with cold drinks. There is no reason to think otherwise. Echoing other users findings, it can be awkward to drink from with the lid on, especially when driving. It is a minor inconvenience but certainly no deal breaker. As for Snowys service, it is what every store should be aiming to emulate. An extensive product range with competitive pricing and great delivery times.
