Boiler Water container.

Strange use for a Thermos. Purchased for its narrower neck than my existing flask. Fill with hot water from the jug to decant into boiler of a model paddle steamer I operate at my local model boat club. No burnt fingers when pouring from flask into boiler fill jug. Heated water saves gas fuel to bring steam up to operating pressure.

Fast delivery and a really good thermos. Light weight and stayed hot for many hours. Happy to recommend.

Plastic parts don't last long

This flask keeps the water hot all day, but unfortunately I have had two of these now, with the first one the plastic part disintegrating inside, and the second one now seems to be starting to disintegrate too. Their warranty is only for the metal part. The plastic in my decades old flask is still in good condition, with both old and new flasks used daily.

Really excellent quality

Really excellent quality, I've used it for coffee so far which has stayed piping hot for hours and hours. Doesn't leak or spill, definitely recommend

Stays Hot Like Just Made.!!.

I bought this Thermos Cafe to take my very much loved coffee on my fishing trips. While I was getting ready to go fishing & I made my espresso coffee & mixed it with hot milk, then poured it into my new Thermos & off I went. A good 2 hours later I poured my 1st coffee. It was nice & hot, like it was just made. Then a 2nd cup another 2 hours after that. And to my joy, it was just as hot as my 1st cup. All I can say is, it's well worth the money spent. You won't be disappointed. It's Highly Recommend 5-Star

Thermal properties great, but design of handle and screw lid disappointing

Have had a thermos for a long-time and was so happy with it. Needed a second one and found this item. Was quite disappointed that it wasn't nearly as good as the original I already owned. The screw lid constantly gets stuck on opening and closing, which makes refilling your cup cumbersome each and every time you use it. The handle is terrible and your hand is squeezed into the metal bracket ending when carrying a kilo of water. The plastic handle part is flimsy and difficult to grip onto. The ability to keep water at temperature is great, a feature Thermos is renowned for and fortunately present in this item. Quality of the materials are good, I just think the failures have been in the design - handle and screw lid need to be much improved.
