Since my purchase, I slip on the sleeve every morning for work of the hours 10am-7pm. The difference is unbelievable but true comfortable support. The sleeve aligns my knee joint area which has been helping the strengthening of being on my feet for 9hrs per day of literally limping at the end of my shift to actually leaving every night after my shift feeling pain free. Knee damaged, probably ligaments, tendons and muscle pulls when bashed into by two large out of control dogs. Exasperated on several occasions by tripping due to the knee pain. Bought cheap support which helped a bit but I felt it was not enough. Found this website and was impressed by choice and reviews. Bought flesh colour knee support with side stays. It gives really good support, is longer than many so one feels safer. It has helped me enormously. The fit is perfect so follow measuring guide and choose size accordingly. Wash regularly in mild, warm soapy water, rinse well & dry in airing cupboard or on line. This keeps the shape and taughtness so the product gives maximum support. When knee really painful I kept it on at night but removed it during the day if resting leg in elevated position, just so that I was not wearing it non stop. I thoroughly recommend this knee support and am so pleased I persevered with research to find the best. Well done for manufacturing such a great product that is not too costly.
I like the fact it keeps my knee warm but I have to wear a stronger knee stabliser on top of it. And the rubber side inserts do not line up with the anterior knee joint and the top of the 'sleeve' rolls down so possibly not good for larger size legs.
I originally purchased these supports when in New Zealand several years ago. Having two knees in need of replacement, I am very dependent on supports as I love walking. I was delighted to find the exact product here in the UK. As I wear them so often the elastic had begun to lose its effect. They were delivered within 3 days of ordering, a very efficient company.
