My son got this as a gift for his fourth birthday. It has been a big hit for the whole family. The rules are pretty simple and easy for even small kids to understand. If you flip over the cards to the green side, it is a more challenging game with more common pictures among players. Can be played again and again

My 5 and 3 year olds love this game! It is quick and easy to setup and teaches the kids words to go along with everyday objects. They enjoy sliding the box to get the tiles to come out. Sometimes, they fight over who gets the tile when they both have it on their game board, but overall it’s a favorite in our house!

Cute game for very young children. A bit boring for anyone older than six years old. When we opened it from brand new, there were issues with the tiles that are supposed to drop down one at a time from the 'zinger' plastic dispenser. When the dealer swiped the machine for two tiles, four tiles would fall down and game dispenser would get jammed. Quite frustrating for the little ones playing it. Even the adult (me) had to try to determine why it was jamming. There were no suggestions in the instruction booklet. The object was not to fill the dispenser with all of the 72 tiles at once...We kept it only half full for much better results. The game was nice and there were four of us. I would say it would be difficult to play with only two players. Three-five players is ... MoreCute game for very young children. A bit boring for anyone older than six years old. We played for about thirty minutes which is the general time span for pre-school/kindergarten children anyway. Enjoyed by all.

Bought this as a Christmas present based on the positive reviews. It’s a good idea, but several missed opportunities. There are supposed to be 2 levels of play, so I thought there would be an option to look for the words without the pictures, but that’s not the case. So it is just matching pictures and not actually teaching reading or word recognition skills. Also, the contraption that is supposed to release the little cards constantly gets jammed and is pretty annoying. Lastly, when more than one player has the same picture on their card, they have to race to match it, so the younger kids are really at a disadvantage to older kids, which opens the door to conflict- NOT what I’m looking for in a family game. I’m disappointed… though my kids are enjoying it.
We love Zingo, especially my 6 year old. It's her favourite game at the moment. It helps that no reading is required. Lots of fun for the whole family. Can play different shapes to make it more interesting and also challenging. Highly recommend.
My kids 7 and 4 love this game! They had an awesome time calling out the pictures and matching them to the card they had. The red side is suppose to be the hard side, but they played both red and green(easy) with no issues. My husband and I even had fun. Definitely recommend for a fun family game night!
Purchased this for our 3 (almost 4 year-old) and he likes it. He especially loves to dispense the tiles using the Zingo Zinger. However, it does make it difficult for him to focus getting his card filled up before someone yells the name of the tiles. Probably better to have someone not playing dispense the tiles - or take turns. This would have been a 5 star game if it was priced lower. The game itself is well-made but honestly, Candyland, which is an $8 game, hold my son's attention longer.
My kids love this game. It is 100% fun for my kids aged 3.5-7. They play with us adults and or by themselves. Takes a few minutes to complete a round and is engaging and quick.
I ordered this board game to play with my 4 year old and she enjoys it a lot and it has also been fun for me to play with her. She understood the game right away and it gives her an opportunity to have fun and at the same time focus, speak up and show some competitiveness. The only complaint I have is that I wish the tiles would have better images, i particularly dislike the "ghost". I do not understand that with so many options of images, the game decided to add a ghost..what purpose does this serve? Why would I want to instill in my childs mind about ghosts? which is fear based. They do have some good images on their tiles like: house, shoe, train, dog...but would have liked to see more. Replace Ghost, feet, smile with better things like an Eagle, rainbow, ... MoreI ordered this board game to play with my 4 year old and she enjoys it a lot and it has also been fun for me to play with her. Because of this I am giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 star.
This has been such a fun game to play with my 3 year old. I love that there are words and pictures. I wish the base was rubberized for better grip on surfaces but we typically just play it on the carpet.
