Excellent product, I'm delighted. I bought it out of trust for Thompsons herbs, their Kava is fantastic and has barely any additives. And with this one my sleep has definitely been better from the first time. Still fragmented but all in all I have my seven hours, which is great news.

I don’t see any effect on me. Doesn’t help me relax or fall asleep within an hour or two.

Can't say I've taken long enough to comment on any benefits from this product as I can't get past the awfully strong taste of lavender. Leaves a soapy taste in the mouth. Big tablets too. Wishing I bought another brand of ashwagandha on its own now.
I always keep this in the cupboard for when I need it, and prefer this particular blend, highly recommended.
