I have used celery seeds for fluid retention in the past. This product is not as effective.
Been using thompsons olive leaf extract for a few years now and have breezed through winter without a flu shot, even though people have been coughing and sneezing around me.
My uncle has arthritis and uses this for his joints. It works really well for the leg area.
My husband suffered badly from leg cramps, especially at night but since taking Celery 5000 every day he has not had any cramps at all. It's been such a relief for him (and for me) not to be woken at night in agony.
