Healthy digestion require availiability of a lot of needed enzimes in your food. For that human should consume diffrent food daily (a lot of vegetablers, grains, nuts and etc) and avoid some food. But it is hard to do in busy lifestyle. Happy to find such a product in the store.

Great product, I have been using it for a few years since having my gallbladder removed. Iv found it eases stomach discomfort such as cramps and/or neusea and helps digest food.
I really notice an improvement in my digestion when I take these with a meal.
