Been using these for years. Wouldn’t be without them.
I always take these with me when I travel. The first sign of illness, I start taking these. I feel the liquid is more effective, but these are far more convenient when travelling. Won't go anywhere without them!
I keep it on hand and use at the slightest hint of a sniff or cough. 100 percent success so far.
