Had never tried NAC or Thorne products before but appear to be high in quality (assumption) as within 2 days saw increase to my energy levels (adult/mid 40's female) This also helped with motivation levels so that was a bonus. Did also notice my hangovers weren't as bad and helped with congestion in my sinuses. My partner also took the supplements & he felt more motivated and brighter as well. Size of the pill is just right and there was no aftertaste. No side effects known. Started taking 2 pills then scaled back to one as I found this was enough. I have found that the downtime of not taking them my energy levels were not high but will order again soon. Package contained enough and noticed the benefits.
