Such a classy addition to any home. No need for a fancy wall mounted switch, its all in the remote control. Service was easy and the fans arrived in less than a week. Great product, great service.
love it ! works very well - didn't realise there was no light with it when ordering like the picture shows and not sure if the light part can be ordered through T and W? but we can attach that easily ourselves if we buy it later ( ie electrician not needed for adding the light ( just a plug in)
I bought 2 with lights, they look great. They look like they're special and high quality, it's good that they are Australian designed with after sales support available here as well. Plenty of breeze on high setting including when I'm seated 5m away, low setting has a nice gentle breeze when sitting directly under. I was a bit concerned they might look too bulky based on the web pics, but they aren't at all. The light seems to be a 'warm' tone, it would have been good to have a choice of warm or cool, but that's just me being picky, I love the fans.
I bought a fan identical to this one a while back for our lounge room and the light pack gives the choice of warm, neutral or cool lighting, which can be changed easily anytime by a switch. I thought this one was the same. Its not. The electrician said it only does warm light. We do not like warm lighting. Had I realised this I would not have bought it. (I still cannot find where it says warm light only) But, oh well, we've paid for it to be installed, so we are stuck with it now. Other than that, its a beautiful fan.

I like the system and simplicity - would be good if the remote control unit lit up when connected to the wall pad so you can see the buttons when entering a dark room.
