I have owned several wheels over the years from Logitech, Fanatec, and now Thrustmaster. If you don't have the funds to go DDW/OSW this is the best option at an affordable price. The wheel is smooth with excellent ffb detail and is supprisingly strong. Can't go wrong with this wheel base and BH has the best price period.

I bought this after the servo base for my T300RS died. Since I already had pedals (two sets) and a wheel finding just the servo base was nice.This is also a nice upgrade from my original. My old T300RS had PS3 and PS4 modes while the new one has PC and PS4/PS5 modes. I have a PS5. It also doesn't hammer the stops nearly as hard when powering on.

My wheel base is used exclusively for pc sim racing. Not sure if I'm allowed to say this or not, but I came from a G27 after years of hardcore usage and this T300 wheel base is a night and day difference. It feels soooo much better. It has no dead zone in the center, doesn't clunk or make any noise, and simply put, it is a superior product when comparing FFB to a G27. Anybody that is at least semi serious about sim racing should purchase this wheel base and not waste your time or money on anything else of lesser quality. The T300 pared with any of the compatible wheel rims on the market, a good* set of pedals and a shifter of your choice makes for a very fine addition to any new or existing sim rig.
Bought it for repairing my old T300 steering wheel. Too bad you can't buy replacement parts for the product when the warranty is over.

After using it for roughly 3 months and coming to the conclusion that today's technology is far greater than what I had previously owned over 10 years ago. I began to wonder what the entry level T150 was lacking after seeing various reviews of the T300 and learning more about the internals and power differences (the amount of torque the wheel generates allowing you to encounter real life resistance).I was plenty happy with the T150 until I was able to compare it to the T300. I had a Thrustmaster T150 before this and This is a GREAT improvement! I use it on PS5 and it was easy to setup and works in all my games with realistic feel. Quit thinking and buy it you won't regret it.
I purchased this base to replace a Logitech Driving Force Pro (Logitech's first 900 degree wheel, predecessor and pretty much the same as the Driving Force GT). I had always had a big problem with the Driving Force Pro's feedback. In Gran Turismo 4/5/6, when the rear tires started to slide, there was a strong resistance against counter-steering (turning the wheel towards the direction of the skid). In that situation in real life, the steering would become very easy to turn into the skid and usually would point the front wheels directly into the direction the car was moving if you just let go of the steering wheel. The Thrustmaster T300RS, in Gran Turismo 5/6, does exactly that! The loudest noise is the fan which runs if the feedback motor has been working hard.
