Giant waste of money! The enclosed instructions are useless; the water measurement marks are inaccurate, and all the rice turns out mushy. It's more trouble to clean up than a pan and the stovetop after a boilover!I want very much to return this thing for a refund, but it looks like I missed the deadline by 1 day. DON'T BOTHER!

So far so good. I got this the other day at costco for a good price and my rice is evenly and perfectly cooked, not wet or soggy. Theres a warming tray where i put scrambled eggs and some leftover meat and make my own "white girl gyudon" that easterners would scoff at haha. But I love it and the timer and instructions are fool proof. ALSO THERES AN INTERNAL BATTERY SO IT ALWAYS TELLS THE CORRECT TIME OMG

Easy to use and rice comes out prefect each time. The setup was a brezze as well. The included recipe book was a nice bonus.
Love my new rice cooker. Perfect size for me. I love Tiger brands of rice cookers due to durability and longevity. You get what you pay for. My previous rice cooker which is also made by Tiger, lasted over 20 years and no joke. It was way older than my daughter when it finally gave out. The new rice cooker also light weight. It is so easy to carry and clean. It actually deserve more than 5 star.
Cute rice cooker! My white Japanese rice comes out perfectly. Haven't tried the other features yet, but so far so good. One note is that there isn't much room in the catch for condensation but I'm just mindful of it so no big deal. LOVE and highly recommend it!
I love his rice cooker! It is so simple to use and requires no attention. Set it up, fast and easy - press the button - and focus on cooking the rest of your meal. Don't worry about timing because your rice will be kept warm by the automatic "keep warm" feature until you are ready to serve it. The added ability to steam a vegetable on the tray provided is so handy and clean-up is a breeze.
I've had this awesome rice cooker for over 4 years now and I couldn't live without it! My rice comes out perfect every time. So cute and portable I even bring it to work and make delicious rice which gets plenty of compliments from co-workers. I also use the sychro cook method and love this feature- while cooking rice you can heat up veggies, cold meat etc.- time saver baby! Well worth the price - will probably buy again once mine goes kaput.
This is by far the best rice cooker I have ever owned and I've owned several. I get perfect rice every time and it keeps it warm without scorching it for quite a long time. I highly recommend the Tiger brand if you really love eating rice as much as my family does.
The coating of the inner pot is really weak. I contacted Tiger about the inner pot weak coating telling them I only use soft wood spoons in the rice cooker. They advised that I should use the plastic spoon provided by them. I told them it didn’t make any sense as soft wood rice spoons are way softer then the supplied plastic rice spoon.
