Our two kitties are finicky eaters and they absolutely love the Tiki Cat Velvet Mousse. They both clean their bowls at every meal. I believe they find both the taste and gooey texture to be irresistible. One cat prefers tuna and the other prefers salmon, so we vary their offerings to keep them happy!

My cat only like a pate style wet food, and I personally have always preferred to use a pouch style of packaging vs canned. However, all the pouches are broth and some sort of "chunks". But with my cat only eating pate, you can see my problem. I excitedly came across Tiki cat at a cat boutique and instantly bought all flavors for my cat to try. Unfortunately and kind of weirdly he only likes tuna and mackerel, however I don't care because as long as tiki cat keeps their quality recipe in fact, I will buy as much tiki cat tuna and mackerel I can get my hands on. SO excited to see today while in petco, they are now selling it!! Yippee!!

My car only eats Tiki Velvet Mousse and in particular the fishy ones…. It has. Thick creamy smooth consistency that my cat loves. I took away a star because the packaging is messy and leaves a lot of food in the bag. It would be nice if they repackaged it into metal tubes like toothpaste which could be flattened as it’s used. Even better if the tube was fully recyclable. The current packaging is not and ends up in trash :(

I am not the type to write a review on a cat food... but man, this food is really helping my elderly girl (19 years old) in her time of need. I am a technician at a vet clinic and I kept hearing owners talk about this brand and helping with their cat with symptoms of inappetence. I figured I'd give it a try with my old girl. After an exam with a doctor (ALWAYS SEE A VET IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT SOMETHING), she was prescribed multiple medications to help make her comfortable and I was told to offer everything and anything. I bought multiple brands to try. Tiki cat is the only food she is eating! End of life care is always hard but I am happy to see her eating.
My old man is 16.5 yrs old. He has a protein losing kidney issue. After hours of research and math , I have found the tuna mackerel mousse to be the highest in protein, the tuna chicken coming in a close second. We tried the consomme version but he doesn't have teeth and that was a difficult time. But he loves the mousse. It's pricey, especially since he must eat several times a day ( 1 pouch up to 4 times) but worth it to have him healthy and full. Ps. I do give him a small can of regular friskie pate to help with his heart health since tiki is grain free.
I’m so thankful these products are available in chicken-free flavors. They were a lifesaver as it was a big fight to find a way to get my cat with allergies to take her medicine. She could smell it too. From the get go adding it to these mousses worked.
My cat suddenly stopped eating any kind of wet food and would only be intrested in the gravy portion. I decided to browse foods at my local store andpicked this up to try...she loves it. It's kind of pricey but I only feed her a quarter of the pouch at the time so it isn't too bad (she's mostly on dry food). I'm just happy I found something she likes!
My sister has two cats. One is very sick and has a few meds to take daily. It has been very difficult to get her cat to eat let alone to meds. Mixed meds into Velvet Mousse & just like that meds go down quickly & smoothly!!!! You should hear the sounds as she (cat) is enjoying it!!!By the way, I ship Velvet Mousse all the way to Grand Cayman. Cat is getting better & all are happy!!!
My Wally was rescued as a young adult stray. He's quite peculiar, in that he will not drink water on a regular basis (in nature, cats get most of their moisture from prey they eat). When I adopted him, I realized that he was getting dehydrated and had the task of finding a wet food that not only good for him but actually one that he'd want to eat. I went through so many brands and types...a lot of uneaten food! Then I found the Tiki Cat Mousse cat food packets...HE LOVES TIKI CAT! He loves it so much that I find myself purchasing all of the available packets that I can find...so that Wally won't ever run out. My cat is more obsessed with mackerel more then anything and these are perfect for a big maine coon needing that protein. These pouches are large in size and actually very full! It says 2.8oz like a small can of cat food but I could swear it’s more then that amount. The food itself is a very thick smooth mousse so in fact it’s perfect to split into two meals with adding a little water to make it more easily lapped up. Higher price but worth it because it stretches with its consistency and my stubborn mule can’t resist it. Plus the quality and size is amazing.
