The Tim Holtz Distress Ink re-inker contains concentrated liquid inks that are well suited for inking the matching Distress Ink pads. Please note that there are separate refills for Distress Ink and Distress Oxide. The glass bottle has a dropper that makes it easy for you to apply the ink to the felt stamp pad. The collection of Tim Holtz Distress Ink stamp pads from Ranger contains colour-fast dye inks that can be used to create realistic vintage effects on paper, photographs, canvas and wood. Dye inks are well known as transparent, water-based inks. But Distress also reacts with water. Once you add water the ink continues to react, for hours or even days. This makes Distress well suited for use in a wide range of applications and techniques.
