The collection of Tim Holtz Distress Ink Mini stamp pads by Ranger contains colour-fast dye inks that can be used to create realistic vintage effects on paper, photographs, canvas and wood. Dye inks are well known as transparent, water-based inks. Just like their larger counterparts, the Distress Minis have a raised felt pad full of ink that reacts with water and works well with all the other Distress products. Once you add water the ink continues to react, for hours or even days. Distress Mini Inks are available individually or in a set of four colours. Thanks to its properties, the colour-fast stamping ink is well suited for use in a wide range of applications, such as stamping, distressing, blending, stencilling and watercolours. Distress products are also ideal for mixed media projects where several types of materials and techniques are combined. For instance, Distress Oxide, Distress paints and Distress stains have all been developed using the same colours, making them easy for you to combine. They are ideal for a wide range of craft projects such as card making and scrapbooking. The stamp pad can be filled with the matching re-inker. The re-inker is available separately and comes in all Distress colours.
