I've been using the Micro Needle Dermaroller twice a week, for 6 months. I use it with a Vitamin C serum, followed by the Matrixyl Synthe'6 Serum. I had dark melasma spots on both cheeks and forehead. I am pleasantly surprised with the results. The spots have faded almost completely and with a sheer foundation they are not noticeable. My overall skin appearance has improved dramatically.

I think derma rollers need to be replaced frequently, as with a toothbrush. The needles become blunt with use and less effective and more dangerous. These derma rollers are priced so that it's affordable to replace in a timely fashion. They work well and do the job. Excellent results when Timeless serums are replied afterward.

I have 2 of them but I'm still using 1 from 2018. It has held up great. The needles are still intact, no issues at all. It works wonders on stretch marks, scars & skin texture. Even great for hair loss. Try it out. You will be glad you did. I seen results after the 1st use. Then after 5-6 months, my problem area was completely gone. I'm SO glad I purchased the Micro Needle Dermaroller! I have been extremely impressed with it! I have had compliments on my skin recently after using it! I'm nearly 50 so you can imagine my delight! Initially I was a little too enthusiastic with a resulting irritation and uneven skin tone. After a rest and then pacing, once every three weeks, I’m VERY SATISFIED with the results. Fresher looking skin, pores appear smaller, scar (from a recent fall) minimized. I would recommend this tool to others.

I can feel the difference between stainless steel and titanium. Medical grade makes sense. Not sure of the outcome, but makes sense. No need for any prior numbing cream, just depends on how hard you press. Next day could possibly be very little redness, but most of the time, not. I started with .5 and increased to 1.0 twice weekly. At first I did not use serum before, but now I switched up, so after I wash my face really well, I apply serum before rolling and then after rolling.
Just received this little gem about a week ago. My skin looks great! Timeless ships very fast and their products have a very professional, sterile packaging. My girlfriend had Dermal needle rolling done professionally and I was there and watched. She pays $600 for each procedure. I have deeper lines in my upper lip and I decided to try this product from home (I cant afford the dermatologist) Thank you to Angie from Hot and Flashy I found Timeless and am quite pleased with their skin serums and this Dermal Roller. I am a great fan of professional microneedling but I was a bit hesitant to order the dermaroller for personal use. I have used it several times and I love the way my skin feels and looks. Would recommend it-especially now that the pandemic has forced us to take charge of our own beauty routines.
This is a very good quality roller. I use the .05mm once a week and the smaller one daily to help with product absorption. I've been using the rollers for 8 weeks now. I think I'm seeing some fullness in the lip area (I roll it gently over my lips). I haven't seen any on the brow (where I was hoping to see it), not yet anyway. I will continue to use it. I'll give it 6 months. It's a commitment to do this daily, but what else is new. =).
