I was looking for a hand grinder that I could use on the road or in the office as an upgrade to my old Hario hand grinder. This thing is awesome. I found the particle size super consistent and it has lots of adjustment range. I also found it SUPER easy to grind with. A full 15g dose takes me 40-45 secs at most. The knurled body is really nice. I wouldn’t brew Ethiopian light roast espresso with it even though it go that fine, but it would quite long. However, for a French press or even a medium dark espresso it does the job perfectly. I can grind 15g to 16g easily in it.

If you are looking for a compact hand grinder, this one is fantastic. Moving from a hario ceramic grinder with a floating burr, the timemores stainless steel stable burr grinder is great. The coffee grinds that come out are very consistent which ultimately made increased my coffee dramatically.If you have the money and like how compact this can be, this is a great buy!
I have no complaints really. I've been using it as my daily grinder (for Aeropress). Only good for 1 serving but I'm a single dude so that's not a problem. I love how the handle collapses - super compact in my cabinet and can store with the handle on.Coffee does get stuck in the hopper a bit due to static electricity which apparently Timemore has improved with newer Nano grinders. Not a big deal though.

I've used it for Aeropress, V60, and Tricolate so far and it has done a great job at all three. Couple all that with the super small profile and the folding handle and I'm blown away. I typically drink denser, high grown coffee and can easily fit 20g of beans in the hopper of this (do you call it a hopper on a hand grinder?). It grinds it all in under a minute to boot! Bought this for travelling with an Aeropress setup. Works well for that. It’s smaller capacity is fine for Aeropress, and the grind in that medium range seems to be of good quality. Already poured some great cups using this grinder (and didn’t even have to leave hole to do it).
I did a lot of research and decide to settle on this tiny grinder. It can grind maximum 17~18g which is 280 to 300 ml of pourover coffee. I needed the portability to carry around as I am a weekend hiker/camper - and it fits in my pocket! This grinds fantastic and with ease. It is very well built and you can tell it is going to last for years. If you don't need to brew whole a lot of coffee at a time, then I highly recommend this grinder.
Have been using the nano for about a month now and is the first hand grinder I have ever purchased and I am very happy with it thus far. Compact enough to bring to work/ hikes with my aero press. Very solid build quality and doesn’t hurt that it looks good on the shelf. Functions well, the settings I am still messing around with different grind sizes as that is fairly new to me to have that luxury to really dial them in. So can’t speak to how well the lower settings would be for espresso but for poor overs/ aero press I have no complaints.
I should have added in the original review: The Timemore Nano-S "body" easily fits inside an aeropress from a diameter perspective and is equal or less than the internal height of the standard aeropress. However, if you are using the shorter travel aeropress (same diameter, so plenty of room there) the grinder is a bit taller and will stick out the top. Not a problem, but FYI. However, this is with the top/arm removed. Even with the arm folded down and the wooden knob removed, the full grinder (body + arm) in the 'folded' position will NOT fit inside an aeropress. I ended up modifying my aeropress slightly, cutting a 'notch' out of the lip - this allowed the arm to fold down around the outside of the aeropress. Works great and makes a great travel kit.
