Bought the watch several months ago. I like the watch but once charged this one does not have a 4 month power reserve as advertised. If not left in light it stops working within a week. I rotate several watches and didn't pay attention to this fact until about the third time I had to recharge it. Would return but too late I suppose. Oh well, I have two other Timex watches that work well. 2 out of 3 ain't bad I guess.

Sorry it hasn't a light as my last Timex Expedition
I have wanted a timex gallatin for sometime now and I am over the moon with it. It's not some fancy eye catching watch but it performs perfectly as an everyday work horse kind of a watch. The solar powered feature is brilliant in my opinion, no more worrying about batteries not lasting.
