So get this. I bought this watch about 8 months ago. Turns out I lost it a few weeks back. Liked so ordered another one. It came today and noticed the face was noticeably smaller. I then read reviews and see that smaller face than picture and text indicated is a criticism. Well yea— that’s because Timex shrunk the watch face apparently from when I bought the first one. Not happy. Don’t know if specs reflect change. I noticed the reviews were lousier too with other complaints about this watch. Ha, maybe I’ll find my old one.

I initially purchased this as a running watch, but then started wearing it every day because it's so comfortable and has an alarm function. Unfortunately, after a few months the velcro band has frayed a bit and now it snags/rips my clothes, especially if I'm wearing a long sleeved shirt. I'll have to demote it back to strictly a running watch so I can protect my clothes! For what it is, it is so cute, reliable, and highly functional.

My favorite watch. Small enough that it doesn’t catch on things when I’m working, durable enough that I’ve only bought two in the past 20 years. I tried a couple different watches between, only because I couldn’t find this watch in the stores, and finally just ordered one online. Now it’s like an old friend is back!
I’m currently on vacation without a watch because after one swim in the ocean it stopped working. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I have owned Timex watches for over 60 years but it might be time to switch. What has happened to Timex quality.
I just bought the watch from my local REI store. I set the time and have worn it while sitting at my desk for the past 3 hours. I just noticed that the face is already scratched! I have no idea how I could have already produced three scratches (one deep) to the face of the watch while sitting at a desk and working at a computer for 3 hours. How can this watch be called "Expedition" when it can barely survive the "wilds" of a desk job? I am about to go on my trekking trip to Patagonia, and I wanted a rugged watch to withstand backpacking for a week. It can barely stand up to a few hours in an office setting. I am very disappointed.
So glad to have found this small-sized watch with 3 alarms. I’ve been using Timex watches for almost 2 decades (the ladies rubber watch bands break, even though the watches still work). There aren’t any ladies watches with 3 alarms. I’ve come to rely on this feature. So glad this watch is available, even though I plan to replace the watch band to something non-Velcro.
I’ve bought this watch twice over past two years. First one returned few months after purchase because light stopped working. Got a new one. Few months later no light, then battery died. Went to replace and battery is covered by thin metal plate with plastic clips that break easily when trying to remove to replace battery.
A great watch with a nearly fatal flaw. The wrist band is diffiuclt to use. The area where it naturally opens to, leaves a hole not large enough for an average womans hand to fit thru. The only way is to gently force the strap open past the end of strap onto the buckle/attachment area. Maybe this will become easier with time and premature abrasion of the band. It's clumsy and unintuitive to use. I have a hard time believing the people who designed this actually tested it on people...
Fits great. I am an adult woman with about a 6.5 inch wrist. I like the size of the watch face, that it's not too big . Easy to get on and off. It didn't have any problems with getting wet in the river.
