The watch itself is amazing. would give five stars but the strap is junk. one of the little straps on the watch strap broke after three days. The main watch strap ripped off with little effort the watch after getting caught on something.

I love the watch and the retro look. What continues to disappoint me is that there is no specific manual for the watch. I understand that Timex has a lot of watches, and some are similar to others so one manual might work, but the manual I was directed to did not have any pictures of my watch and no specific directions for it.

Twelve days after ordering this watch I received exactly what I ordered. Satisfied with the product.Dissatisfied with the fulfillment delay.
The product is exactly as advertised. It comes in a nice box and has the instructions inside it. It fits well and I have used the flyback function already.
The watch is nice, the band is cheap and has vegan nonsense printed on it. Misleading description that cost me more money.
I have a version of this watch I bought in 2014 - still wear it often, but I liked this version too. Unfortunately, it came with a defective minute counter (lower hand) and I had to return it. It's a great watch - my old one - so maybe I take another chance on this one. And that's why I give it 3 stars for the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the return process did not allow for replacing, just returning.
Watch is fine. IMHO Timex as a company has gone way downhill. Shipping is slower than a one legged dog on tranquilizers. CS is mediocre at best. But hey I’ve gotten about 100 advertising emails in the three weeks it took for the watch to get here. Also the user manual page is hard to understand. You type in your model number only for it to say it doesn’t exist. If I ever buy another Timex (most are out of stock usually anyways) it definitely will not be directly from them anymore. Sad thing is they truly don’t care. 🤷🏼♀️
