The product works wonders, cleans the floor extremely well and smells amazing. But once you clean urine.... you're on your own. I contacted customer support after cleaning my dog's pee and to my surprise, they told me I'm supposed to consult them first before vacuuming anything. And since I vacuumed my dog's pee before consulting them, I'm on my own. They don't even give me an option to change certain parts or teach me to deep clean the machine. Performance:ExcellentI own 3 robot vacuum (1 roomba, 2 samsung), 1 robot mop, and a Dyson.So my expectation / standard on performance for this kind of cleaning equipments is quite high.It do clean / Performing as intended.It can clean dirty stain in a few passes. Using Max Mode do helps. You can swap it back to auto mode pretty much instantly with just a click of a button during the vacuuming.For something sticky, it couldn’t remove it and require manual intervention.For long human hair, you still need to do normal vacuum, as it is not sucking hair that well in auto mode.Cleaning it is also a breeze, not many parts needs to clean in every cycle (dirty water tank and roller cover).As for the reliability, it is something to see later, like any ... This is my first purchase . Bought the S7 pro flash dry . Product delivered securely packed within 3 days of ordering . Easy installation . Instructions are clear on the manual. Easy to use. Floor seems very clean . I like the self cleaning function too .Unlike the S7 pro , the S7 pro flash dry model ‘S charging dock/ base does not come with areas for you to park spare accessories eg cleaning brush and extra brush roller . It’s a small minus though .Am overall very happy with this product so far ! Hope it lasts !
