A great quality sofa that was easy to assemble (just attach the feet and the back).Comfortable seating and perfect for the space.Personally I prefer higher armrests but the rest of the family is happy.

Brilliant 2 seater couch in Charcoal. Just what I needed for my counselling clients. Supported comfort plus sturdy arm rests plus great back height - ideal seating ! Added a few colourful cushions and the couches look terrific.

Exactly what I wanted. Right height and not low. Fabric and colour suited my area. Is very comfortable. Really love the lounge. The delivery guys went above and beyond by unpacking the lounge and putting it together for my as I had just had an operation and I would have had to wait for family to have time to come and unpack for me. Best purchase. Will certainly buy again from you and have recommended you to my friends and family.

I absolutely love my Tivoli couch. It is very comfortable and stylish and fits into my small flat beautifully. Another great purchase from Fantastic Furniture. Their service and communication was also excellent.
I thought the service from Fantastic was excellent all the way through.I love the look of the furniture we bought. I love the fabric, colour and design.However, the back of one of the seats, of one of the sofas, creaks when we lean back against it. We have removed the back of the sofa, and repositioned it, a couple of times. It then seems good for a day or so, but then starts to creak again. I am really disappointed from this point of view, and am afraid it may cause it to break at some stage..As I said, we loved the service, and love the look of the sofas, but are disappointed about the audible creaking. I wonder if you have any other ideas about it.Yours faithfully, Eileen Davis.
On the overall,it’s a fairly ,good product and I really hope that it will last well into the future.The only problem is the price I paid for it was too high compared to a few years ago This is all the problem is over but apart from this,it is a good product .Thankyou for letting me have my say.I really hope you have a very happy Christmas and safe new year.Take care,bye for now,Greg.p
Overall not impressed. Was not told there was any assembly required. Couch did NOT assemble fully - back is quite wonky as it does not click into place as the instruction state.
The look of the couch is great but unfortunately not at all happy with it. The firmness is already disappearing after only 2 & half weeks. Makes bum numb and the couch will look old before it’s time.
The price is amazing, it's easy to assemble, and it definitely does its job perfectly. The color looks exactly the same as the pictures displayed on the website, and it fits my apartment's aesthetic. Just a little bit harder than I expected it to be, but adding some cushions definitely helps.
We love our little sofa, fits perfectly into a limited space between two bookshelves. Surprisingly comfortable :).Very good delivery service, modest fee, great communication regarding the delivery time.Overall, we are very happy.
