This machine has nowhere near enough power to do what it is supposed to do. Tried quite a few times with different fruits as well as bananas. Going in the bin.

Very happy with Frozen Fruit Dessert Maker, have made many with different types of fruit not only bananas, use frozen vanilla flavoured greek yohurt with the fruit plus add some frozen thick cream which I freeze in ice cube trays

Hm ... it takes a few tries to get it to squeeze out a nice continuous 'fruit sausage' to curl into a bowl or cup or even a cone. Don't use anything but tiny cubes of FROZEN kiwi, banana, mango, PEELED peach or canteloupe. Add some ice cream or semi-frozen yogurt. Then you're in business, but you have to practise.

whilst being of a reasonable quality, I would not recommend this product as it does not make desserts as shown on the box. The corkscrew became easily clogged and I am very disappointed with the product. I wish I had spent the money on a traditional blender and not been fooled by the pictures.
Put some mango down the chute pushed down gently and started to smell plastic burning. Took apart and the plastic was worn down. All instructions were followed, just cheap and nasty, buyer be warned.
Does not work. Faulty product I guess. Am returning it. All pieces connected correctly but the large plastic screw does not turn.
It’s Pretty good but makes less ice cream (more like gelato) than the amount of fruit required would suggest.
It is a handy way to use up leftover fruit; just dicce, freeze and it's ready to go so you can have fresh 'soft serve' whenever you like.

I bought this a month ago, but I am disappointed at its performance. The texture as shown in the picture can only be achieved if the fruits are really frozen and this is not advised as fruits have to be thawed for 10 mins. Also it does not blend the different fruits evenly.I bought it using Bunnings online market and will never do so as the returns policy is not convenient enough as buying direct from Bunnings themselves.
