The overall aesthetic of the box set is a 10/10 the covers of each manga has beautiful art and it is a nice matte feel! Story wise I really enjoy the action and the individual characters but I do feel at some points the plot is slow. The art style is one of my favourites so far

I was given a wish list by my great grandson for ideas for his 13th birthday. This book set was on it and at the right price too. I must admit, that I had never heard of the books or the author previously and was a bit dubious. When I gave them to my Great grandson he was so delighted that he proceeded to photograph the covers of the whole set!! Obviously to show his mates!

Product was received only a few days after placing my order and arrived in great shape! Another modern classic added to the ole' shelf. And not to shabby of a deal either for 14 volumes.
The overall aesthetic of the box set is a 10/10 the covers of each manga has beautiful art and it is a nice matte feel! Story wise I really enjoy the action and the individual characters but I do feel at some points the plot is slow. The art style is one of my favourites so far

To be honest I thought this box set was oop so never thought I'd be able to own it. It took roughly 8 months but well worth the wait and I appreciated all the communication I received when looking for updates. Great product, amazing artwork, definitely a must for your collection!
The box set is lovely, slightly oversized compared to regular manga. Cheaper than buying all individually and comes with extras! Very much worth the cost for any new and old Tokyo Ghoul fans. Do beware! There is very dark themes in this series and themes of violence.

Honestly, amazing. I put off reading Tokyo Ghoul for years, like a fool. This is honestly an amazing story, and if you've watched the anime and not read the manga? Do yourself a solid and read this masterpiece. If you, like me, thought that Kaneki was a bit of a whiny boi, let me be the first person to tell you that no, his character arc actually made a lot more sense, the anime just didn't have time to explore it all.If you were a fan of root A? Sorry you may not live for volumes 8-14.Not a fan of root A? Do I have good news for you!
Beautiful box set and amazing manga! The books have a much more cohesive story and make a lot more sense than the anime. As a Tokyo Ghoul fan, you will not be disappointed. Not only is the set cheaper than buying individual books, it comes with a cool reversible poster. The shipping, however, left much to be desired. My box came with one of the corners smashed in, but this review is for the series, not shipping conditions... #sweepstakes
This was my first ever box set purchased and it won't be my last. I was extremely happy with the quality and the delivery of the product. I bought it during the eofy sales so it was an extremely low price (38% discount). I love Tokyo Ghoul and I definitely recommend purchasing and reading it.
Not only is it everything I want for a set of manga, but the price of it was a dream. To think I would succeed in nabbing this. And this was a Christmas gift for my brother. Safe to say, he was satisfied. (Now to get him TG Re...)
