Tommee Tippee Advanced Anti-Colic Baby Bottle, 260 ml

Feed your little one comfortably using this Tommee Tippee Advanced Anti-Colic Feeding Bottle, which makes it easier to switch between bottle and breastfeeding. For a pleasant feed, the easy-latch, breast-like teat feels closer to the skin and mimics the natural movement and flex of a mother's breast. The wide bottle neck and the delicate valve support your baby's natural eating motion. The small shape of the bottle also enables the baby to be closer to you during feeding. It is 100% BPA-free for total peace of mind. The anti-colic tubes in the bottles pull air out of the milk to lessen colic symptoms like wind, reflux, and discomfort. When the baby's feed is excessively hot, the venting tube's built-in heat monitoring strip becomes pink.

Could be better, too many bubbles due to valve

Their straw has no valve and instead they have a reservoir where they can trap all the milk in the straw. Your bottles can go from average to excellent, with a few small changes.

The many pieces of this bottle didn’t scare us as the one we currently use had many pieces as well. I really liked the shape and color of this bottle at first site, which is why I picked this exact one. Our twins are very colicky so I was really hoping this switch would be the key to get to getting our happy babies back. After using for a week it’s been a complete game changer. It took one baby a little while to get use to the new nipple shape but they both love them now. We haven’t had any problems with leakage and both babies seem to be less gassy. Great bottles for newborns
20 November 2022

These were great when my baby was a newborn! She wasn’t gassy and she liked the nipple. My only complaint is all the pieces there are to clean. You have to use the little brush and clean thoroughly to avoid build up. For people complaining about leaks, it only happens if you don’t close the lid correctly. It happened to us a few times until we learned to make sure. Oh, I will take one star off for this… it was hard to get every bit of the milk down to the nipple, so always felt like some was wasted!

Leaks? YOUR NOT DOING IT RIGHT!
3 December 2022

When putting these bottles together, they will leak if you do not put them together as intended. Make sure your nipple is actually pulled through correctly. I've mastered this bottle contraption for 3years. I know what I'm talking about. Best bottle advice ever here. This bottle is actually the best one on the market. The nipples are trash so I replaced them with the vented ones. The clear rubber flower that goes on the bottom of the airflow venting tube... Needs to be squeezed open after dried from cleaning. That's the most important part of the air flow valve. Then when putting lid on, back off (backwards/counter clockwise) until it drops down. That's when you know you've got it right. Tightening it should be a breeze. But obviously not too tight. Or your in ... MoreWhen putting these bottles together, they will leak if you do not put them together as intended. That's when you know you've got it right. Tightening it should be a breeze. But obviously not too tight. Or your in trouble getting it off. I've learned buying a tub that collapses in the sink with a little drain helps wash these bottles. I pop everything (I'm quick at it now) off and drop it all in the hot water with clear non scented toxic free soap. I would do this throughout the day. Let them all soak. Finish up at night. Hang dry on wrack. All good for the night and next day. I did buy about 12 9oz bottles and alot of the vented nipples in replacement of their crappy one that comes with this bottle. Made my life way easier. It sucks to clean. It's a legit job. But it was my savior and I'm thankful for these difficult contraptions. Make sure to double check the white circled wheel part before putting together. I've had t boil water once a week and soak them for a a few minutes to remove leftover particles that can make your baby sick. Do not rely on cleaning machines. This is a hand wash bottle only!!! That's a only warning from me. I also drilled a bigger hole in the bottle holder to fit the tubes in. I have a specific way to dry these. Works perfectly. Good luck!

Love tommee tippee
16 October 2022

I like these bottles ! I think the people complaint about them leaking aren’t putting them together properly, you have to push the insert all the way down and pop it in. I usually blow out the excess water after washing through the little hole in the round white part as well for good measure. We’ve got 6 bottles like these and have had an issue once with leaking and it was because the white part wasn’t pushed all the way down into the bottle, otherwise I’ve never had an issue! We like these and both of my children preferred tommee tippee bottles after trying nearly every one on the market.

Not impressed.

These are barely acceptable bottles. They do leak like the other reviewers mention BUT the leaks only occur if you don’t have the vent pieces in the bottle. Zero leaks if it is assembled as designed. HOWEVER, the “shoulder” part of the bottle is essentially molded at a 90° angle - which means unless you literally pull the bottle out of your babies mouth and shake it, you will always waste formula because it does not run down into the nipple and instead gets stuck on that shoulder. They also have more parts to clean than any of the other bottles we tried. We bought a ton of different bottles for our newborn and these are our second to least favorite. They look nice, but function poor to average at best. The wide-top 5oz Dr. Brown’s are all around better than these, ... MoreThese are barely acceptable bottles. Perfect
4 August 2022

I switched over to these bottles from dr. Browns bottles for my 5 month old and they changed his whole eating game. He was spitting up consistently, belching after every meal and his bottles would leak immensely. These bottles he has been eating so well on, almost never spits up anymore and his burps don’t provide spit up also because of the air flow on these. He was a preemie so he is still a bit small but these have helped him so much. The nipple is also supposed to mimic a breast so it’s easier for them to grip. I just love these bottles and this brand in general.

The best anti colic bottles
25 March 2022

I have been using these bottles for about 3 weeks. These are the best bottles I have used so far. Easy to use, quick to clean and convenient to feed a baby. The biggest plus for the special system of draining the air from the milk through a straw embedded in the bottle. In this way, my son does not swallow excess air while feeding, which could cause reflux, a hard stomach and discomfort. The size of the hole in the silicone nipple is appropriate to the age of the baby. The product looks nice and is practical. The bottles help me to efficiently feed my son without causing disturbances in the abdomen.

There's a solution for the leaking!
22 August 2021

Started off with massive leaking, but we seemed to fix that by 1. popping the "flower petal" tip at the end of the tube OUT after washing (cleaning often caused it to go in.) 2. positioning the insert properly 3. Screwing the lid on tight. Previously had the original Tommee Tippee bottles, THOSE nipples collapsed. These ones don't because (I'm assuming) of the pressure regulation within the anti-colic tube. We've had zero issues with that. We didn't notice much of a difference between these and Dr. Browns. The #1 reason I chose these over Dr. Browns is because of the wide opening. Making a bottle one handed with a narrow neck proved very challenging... and messy. Hah! There is NO benefit to me that I'm sitting here writing this review.
