Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Travel Bottle Warmer

Love it! Makes our life so much easer always having a perfectly heated bottle on the go. Unfortunately the formula dispenser is not great. It’s fiddley, hard to clean & Doesn’t always dispense the right amount, which has made my baby have an upset tummy on occasion due to Powder over dispensing. Have reverted back to a traditional container dispenser when out and about so I can ensure powder is perfectly measured. Other than that a five star review for the warmer itself!

The flask itself is pretty poor. It keeps the liquid hot enough to warm a bottle (180ml) for about an hour, rendering it useless if out and about for extended periods or if your baby has long gaps between feeds. However the white sleeve is good to keep in the changing bag, to ask for boiling water when visiting cafes/restaurants as it saves asking for a jug too. It’s expensive for what it is, considering the quality of the flask.

I received this as a baby shower gift. Although I’m not a huge fan of the bottles from Tommee Tipper I do LOVE this travel bottle warmer. In the beginning of my breastfeeding journey I ALWAYS had this in our bag. I started by running really hot water in the thermos, then I would add boiling water inside. This would stay hot for more than 24 hours sometimes. It’s definitely a great product an on the go parent who’s baby likes warm bottles.

First time using my warmer and so far so good... especially for only $20 vs $100 for a battery powered warmer. I had to buy one for a family emergency trip. I filled up my thermos right before we left at 0900 and warmed a bottle at 1100, still has visible steam from the heat. Only took about 5 mins to heat up a refrigerated 4 oz bottle. I read that the thermos leaks but I had no problem. I just made sure that I turned my thermos upside down over the sink to get all access water off before packing it for travel. I would say this is very convenient for me and I’ll use this when we go to restaurants or other trips in the future. Easy peazy! [brand:tommee-tippee]

An EASY 5/5 Stars!

Worked AMAZINGLY!! We often go on long car rides, ranging from 4-8 hours, and the water stays hot the entire trip! After reading some reviews that the seal was crappy, I was worried about putting hot water in there and it leaking and burning one of us, but I’ve never had any trouble with the seal. I would highly recommend to anyone taking their little one for a road trip, be it a long drive or even just to a friend’s that doesn’t have a warmer on hand. This is an easy 5/5 stars.

Great at keeping water hot

Keeps water hot for more than 6 hours and was great for travel use but also for at home use for bottle warming during a night time feed as well. The button lock is a bit confusing at times because you tend to think that pushing in locks but it's the opposite. Don't overfill or else the water will spill out when you tighten the lid on. Otherwise, the body of the thermos is always cool to touch. Plastic cover is wide enough to hold wide bottles such as the Como Tomo as well. Just a bit heavy when carrying around for travel but that's mostly because of the water.

My new mum must have

I bought this for myself originally mistaking it as a different product, but once I tried it out, it's ended up being my best baby purchase yet. It keeps water hot for hours. When I empty the flask at the end of the day the water is often still steaming. The outer case/portable pot is excellent, it doesn't get too hot, has a recommended 'fill to' line built in and fits the bottles perfectly.I now recommend this to all my new mum friends as a must have, and have even purchased a second one for my sister.My only fault with it, is that the button on the thermos is the opposite to any other flask I have ever had. The button sticks out when it's closed and flat when it's open (I've only ever known the opposite) so have had a couple of warm leaks from this mishap.

Overall worth it

I am overall happy with this purchase, even though it’s not perfect. It only holds enough water for one large bottle heat, which can be annoying to try and find more hot water to refill it if you’re out and about, but I guess that’s the tradeoff to having something that’s not too large and that you can throw into your diaper bag. I also find that the metal container that holds the water does not keep the water super hot. It’s adequate and does the job, but after the water’s been sitting in it a few hours I find that it’s not nearly as hot as it was when filling it. Other than that, I do like this product because it’s convenient to have something simplistic that I can throw in my diaper bag to heat my baby’s bottles when on the go. Really useful

This is perfect for when you are out and about. I initially used it to warm expressed breast milk using the hot water from the flask in the white plastic tub. My baby is now on formula and I use the hot water in the flask to make up the bottles and cool them down with cold water in the white plastic tub.The flask keeps the water hot for hours.I'm about to start weaning so will be able to use this to warm his food when we are out.Multi functional and a great buy. I would definitely recommend.

Very handy , substantial and does what it says excellently

How did I ever manage without this wonderful accessory. Keeps the baby’s bottle at the exact temperature needed for hours. Bought one for my friends when they were due delivery of their kids and each one has thanked me saying how wonderful and helpful it has been to them also.
