I used the tommee tippee bin for years with my daughter and have now started again with my son. The bin is very useful for night changes and keeping odour in, however the refills are expensive. I was pleased to see the eco-refill bag only option though I would expect the price to be less, not just £1 difference. Do they last longer? Is it worth the hassle? They are actually really easy to insert and use, they appear to be the same quality. I think there should be an option to buy an empty chassis with your first box otherwise you end up buying a multipack of pre made ones (as this is more effective than a single one) creating unnecessary plastic waste. I would buy again if they were a little cheaper.

As the description suggests, as the baby and their nappies get bigger the bin is able to hold a lower quantity of nappies, but this does not affect how well the smell is held and the fact that the refills cope with the messiest of nappies. Overall we are very pleased with this product and the environmentally conscious part of us is pleased to be able to recycle. The price reflects the eco friendly nature of the product and it can be a bit fiddly to fit at first due to opening the wrap but once you are used to it, it is worth the time and money.
