I really like these shoes, they fit well and the soles are extremely comfortable now that they're formed to my feet. I rated four stars because they were really painful at first. Obviously they were being broken in but these were oddly the most painful shoe I've ever had to break in. The fold of the fabric around the elastic V made really painful indents at the top of my feet and the sides caused blisters. After a week or so this went away and they fit perfectly but I would keep that in mind for when you order them. They also ran a little big for me so I had to reorder half a size down. After that they were perfect. I really do recomend these shoes, they look good with every outfit and they're nice to just slide into and go!

Bought these in size 8 for my size 7/41 feet as I usually prefer wide fit. With socks they are snug, and without socks they are just right. Only worn them a couple of times since I bought them 2 months ago and I can fee the sole wearing down already but they are comfortable for indoor wear.

Husband wears these. Thought I’d give them a go as in the sale. I am 6.5 M&S and went for 7.5 in these. They fit like a dream and are comfortable. They won’t stay white for long I’m sure haha. I understand this company give 1/3 of profits for good, through cash grants, community organisations. Give away a pair for every one sold. I’m not sure I’d pay full price for casual espadrilles though. In sale they were a bargain.

I didn’t realise that these were fringed when I ordered them. The fringe looked really weird with this regular style of Toms (would be fine with traditional rope style espadrilles). But only took a few mins to cut it off and they were fine! My second pair reduced this summer from M&S and these were excellent value at £16. People often recommend to get a larger size as they come up small but my feet are fairly wide and I’ve always bought my regular size - slightly snug when you first put them on, but fit really comfortably after just a few minutes of wear.
I bought these shoes a few weeks ago and they’re super comfortable. I’d probably suggest a half size larger than you’d normally buy your shoes if you don’t want to wait through the period of them breaking in (my toes weren’t having it). The width is just perfect though.
I love TOMS, I've worn them forever and have told my husband I could walk to the moon in them and never get sore feet, until this pair. There is no edge wrapping around the foot hole anymore and the stiff canvas cuts the back of my heel. I miss that wrap so much I'm not sure that I'll order more if it doesn't come back. The rest of the shoe is as great as it's always been which is why I'll stick with 3 stars. Please bring back the edging!

So I do keep coming back. However, they aren't perfect and my persistent gripe is with the sizing. These are not made for people with slender or narrow feet. I typically wear a men's size 11 in sneakers and a size 10 in dress shoes or boots. For Tom's alpargatas, from a length perspective and in the toe box area, the 10.5s are spot on for me. However, the 'waist' of the 10.5s are far too roomy leaving extra space around the sides of my feet below the ankles and a feeling that the shoes might slip off when walking. Poor fitting. Nothing like the older design which fitted well. Ordered a 9 and one was about half an inch bigger than the other. Paid delivery and had to return to a store who confirmed this but even a replacement was not the same as they checked.Didn't get my delivery refunded either so won't be buying from office again or these ship on shows :-(
Bought these for my son after buying several pair for myself over the years. My son loves them for the fit and the ability to slide them on and go, quickly. Great fit and versatile with different casual styles.
Having bought shoes from Tom before, I bought a shoe that was half a size big since the last order the shoe size seemed tight. Well, this shoe turned up to be more than 0.5 size big so it was big. I called to do an exchange but they would let me exchange and instead i had to return the shoe. I was told i was not going to get the full refund since shipping is on me. To add insult to injury, i was charged an additional $4.99. So disappointing. Not shopping here again.
