Sorry but have to be honest here . Toolpro make some decent stuff regarding tools but the ratchets are poor quality and slip and mechanism on ratchet twitches when using it . Socket's are great no doubt about that but Allen keys strip easy not the best steel used I guess and pliers don't cut at all and not enough extension bars in kit aswell the case is OK but 2 side latches broke out of the housing wasn't really impressed with it id stick to there rubber handle ratchets are a tonne better . The price isn't to bad 1 dollar for each item being a 198 peice tool kit but yet again toolpro please address issues with what I mentioned please apart from all that ok kit to have but I just bought a big daytona kit a tonne better 102t ratchets the best man

Bought this on sale, or through club pricing, not sure - either way, a superb deal for the price. The kit is well laid out and unlike other kits which have tools which fall from the retaining slots, this one doesn't, everything holds fast.My only gripe would be the 12 pointedness of most of the sockets - as another review mentioned, it's easier to inadvertently shear a bolt on high torque applications, and I agree with that statement I experienced something slightly similar using it today.Don't be dissuaded by that though, if you need a toolkit this is a great place to start, the tools are well made and sturdy, liked the fact a breaker bar and spark plug sockets are included too.

Got this on sale and on Afterpay day($30 off coupon) so got a really good deal. Been researching tool kits for awhile now and this is as extensive as it gets compared to what's available on the market. What can I say, Its got almost all the tools you will probably ever need for any general repairs, comes in a nicely organized water proof(resistant?) hard case, and quality seems pretty good. For the price, I think it's really worth it for the amateur DIY-er and will easily pay for itself in the years to come.

Bought as a gift 🎁
16 May 2024

I already bought this kit a couple of years ago and it has been used weekly around the house and on my vehicles... recently I had some ex defence force veterans offer me the use of their workshop and hoist to do some major maintenance on my vehicle. These veterans are members of a offroad race team called Raemus Rover Off-Road Racing Team who support other veterans through various activities and programs so as a thank you, I bought another one of these kits for them to take with them to racing events as a portable tool kit to work on their race car as a thank you for their assistance...This kit has nearly everything you need to work on a car.. the quality is great and even with my own kit after 9yrs of abuse is still standing strong

Different layout - tools over the top of tools
12 December 2024

Purchased dec 2024. They have changed this kit. Same contents, different layout, different case. The layout is terrible!!! Now having tools in over the top of other tools which is very frustrating and hard to work with and get to. So usability isnt nearly as good as the previous setup. This change makes zero sense! Still showing the original toolkit advertised here, not what is received. Really quite disappointed. It is the small conveniences that make the difference. why change a good thing?..

Good quality and all you need in one handy case
26 October 2023

I bought a set for my son (first car) two years ago. It has lasted well and he loves it so I bought another one for me few months back.I have heaps of top brand tools that I paid lots of $ for over the years, but I find myself using this set more than anything else now because the quality it good and it has everything you need for most jobs in one handy case.

Great variety and quality tools
19 October 2023

I purchased this kit during one of the club price sales, great variety of tools in this kit and all are fantastic quality. This kit is now my go-to to quickly grab when working on the car, saves running too and from the tool box.Only downside is the kit needs to have the foam seperator inside, otherwise the tools come out of place when the box is closed.

Kit is too heavy !
27 August 2024

This is a very nice kit, but it's to heavy and therefore unpractical. You need to feel the weight in the shop before purchase. A kit this good gets a weight and size problem. I wish the content was divided in two separate containers.

Quite good but lacking a few essential parts
24 August 2024

The kit is good within its limitations but lacks a couple of essential things to make it a good kit to stand alone a s a car repair kit. It desperately needs extension bars to be a complete socket set and there's a conspicuous lack of useful screwdrivers which I find a little strange. It's like it was put together to be a good socket set only to miss the last few bits to make it complete and then they decided it should be a useful tool kit only to fall down on some essentials. It's useful but you'll need other stuff to cover all likely bases.

Worth buying for what it's worth
11 September 2024

I've used this set on my mower, whipper snipper and other items I use often. I strongly recommend people buy this item if you're like me who uses it when needed. Only reason I didn't give it a five star is when you move the tool box, some of the smaller nuts do move around and you have to put them back in before closing.
