It's a spanner and when I undone the nut it was just perfect. Also, I was impressed when I did the nut up again, it also worked perfectly. I must also say, it's nice and shiny and my friends were impressed.

This is a spanner, and it does what spanners do. Would recommend if you need something to do spanner things. I bought this spanner, and take it from me, it’s exactly like other spanners. Note, this is not a medical device.

Bought this spanner for the shallow offset on the ring end. Heated and bent it into a purpose made spanner for an awkward job

I bought a 23 mm Tool Pro spanner for a specific job. I didn't want to spend a lot of money as I would probably only use this size occasionally. I have bought some smaller Tool Pro spanners and have found them to be far superior to cheaper brands that seem to burr if too much pressure is applied. I think the Tool Pro brand is great value for money
It's a 13mm spanner. If you need a spanner you get one that suits the size you need. It can turn nuts with assistance from you. It can stir tea. It can tighten your fusion reactor housing and attack a new grill to that pesky exhaust port down the trench before someone finds it and puts a torpedo in it. It can't create world peace without someone holding it and beating someone else. I'd recommend a 25+mm spanner if you need a weapon. I'd recommend a smaller spanner for open heart surgery.
Building a large industrial shed is made even easier with the right tool for the job. This 27mm combo is just one of those tools. High quality, great price. Perfect.
I bought two of these to repair the broken seat release levers (for tilting the seat) on my old truck. the 9mm ring fits the 8mm square shaft, a washer and the original screw holds it in place beautifully!
I haven't used it yet I am just buying one spanner when I can afford it so when I need it I'll have it. Next I think a 24 will be on my list as it should fit my oil pressure switches which are a nightmare to get at the one underneath this is for. I think they are very good quality as the 27 I got I cut a section out of the ring so it's now a large pipe spanner and also grounded some of the jaw away so I could get it into the place I needed it these are what we call special purpose spanners and every decent tool kit has at least one of these modified spanners. I was surprised at the strength the spanner still had after I butchered it that is what I bought it for.
It's been years since I bought a ToolPro tool and it would seem the quality has improved as the spanner didn't destroy itself. So I'll call that a win but I won't give it a 5 star as that's reserved for tools by Hazet and the likes.
the 10mm spanner is to replace one out of my set that broke while trying to change my drum breaks. most unfortunate really as the broken spanner rounded off the hard breakline nut. my new spanner is thinner in profile and has better machining to fit propper 10mm . thanks. DS
Available in a multitude of sizes in both metric and imperial, there is a ToolPRO spanner suitable for taking care of almost any fastener. They come in sets of the most commonly used sizes, or as individual spanners - so you can pick the right spanner for any odd jobs you might have. All of these spanners are now thinner and lighter than both older models (and a lot of their competition), which reduces hand fatigue without compromising on durability. The full range of ToolPRO spanners are made from ultra-durable chrome-vanadium steel, and finished with a bright, mirror-like polish, making them practically immune to corrosion, and quite nice to look at. ToolPRO Spanners meet and exceed both DIN and ANSI standards, so you can be sure that they are sturdy enough to tackle any job you need done.
