I was trying to buy just 1 of these from tool stores and Ebay, however the tool stores either did not have them or they wanted to sell me a set of half inch drive long sockets. The prices varied wildly from $80.00 to $180.00 per set. I already have 2 sets of long sockets but the largest is 15/16 of an inch. I checked Ebay and the lowest price I could find was about $70.00 for just one 1 Inch half inch drive socket. I finaly rang Supercheap and asked if they had what I wanted and the answer was yes. And when I asked how much I was very surprised at how low the price was, I ordered one immediately and drove to my local Supercheap and I was very happy that I could buy what I wanted at a very low price. WELL DONE SUPERCHEAP!!!!!!!

I bought this to replace a high-end socket that was lost out of my trusty socket set. I thought it would be hard to replace the extreme quality of a tool set purchased in the 70's. I was wrong! Just come to Supercheap Auto and get one of these. Nice, deep socket that fits like a steel glove on all of the 13mm nuts and bolts I need to loosen and tighten. I could not be happier with this purchase. Looks almost identical to my existing sockets too. Thank you for offering such beautiful, quality tools.

I bought this paticular size and type of socket as it fits the wheel nuts on both my caravan and trailer. Recently I also purchashed a deep socket in 21mm. as this size fits the wheel nuts on both my 4WD and my wife's corolla. I keep these sockets for use with a breaker bar so that any tight wheel nuts can be easily loosened and then removed.The bar, sockets and a wheel brace are all sored together in the rear of my 4WD so that I don't have to search for them when travelling with a packed vehicle. These sockets are well priced for a chrome vanadium product and being of a deep design do not require the use of an extesion bar to reach the recessed wheel nuts.

Brought this to do an oil change on my terry.Expensive, a socket that big I didn’t have...I also came back to buy a 27mm piece for my Ranger. The guy was really helpful & when I asked, just before the purchase if this was going to be on sale, he said yes, next week the sets are on sale.I brought the original one back & brought the whole 132 piece set @ half price.Great set, the first upgrade since my late teenage years which now had parts missing all over the place...So yes this was awesome!
Perfect socket for removing the Clutch Plate bolts off a 3RZFE Toyota Engine. 12 Spline socket is the right length to clear the clutch plate and grips the head of the bolt nice and tight to get your breaker bar working.
Soft as butter. We needed a 5/8 or something similar. So we bought this set. I might as well made the socket out of cheese as that would have worked better.If you don't have tight screws or your only nulping something up, this should do. However, if you are going to give it the beans - but something else.
I was desperate for a 30mm deep socket & was pretty dirty I had to buy one for a single job. I was cheered up when the socket was actually pretty nice quality & it survived getting smashed around pretty hard. I'd happily by ToolPRO sockets again if I ever get caught for an odd size.
I purchased this socket to do a spark plug change on a friend's 2013 Mazda CX5 2.5L AWD. My local SCA (Goulburn NSW) is yet to stock 14mm long reach (deep) spark plug sockets so this was the next best thing. The tool performed the task OK although cyl3 had a bit of side interference (ie tight) between the socket and the cylinder head but eventually removed. The days of simply removing plugs from the side of cylinder heads are long gone - certainly on DOHC engines.The spark plugs for this Mazda are the longest and skinniest spark plugs I have ever seen. Thread length alone is 25mm + electrode. I have been buying some new sockets as I need them rather than expending a lot of money for a full set, I have found the deep Tool Pro socket range to be great at a reasonable price. I have also bought some Tool Pro spanners. Once again they are a great product at a reasonable price
I recently purchased a 2004 Ford RTV ute and not knowing the vehicles maintenance history I wanted to service the engine and change the spark plugs and because the plugs go down into the tappet cover I need a spark plug socket that grips the plug for retrieval. This plug socket has the rubber insert for griping the plugs but it won't grip and is useless. I already have spark plug sockets the same size as this one but none have the rubberinsert. It's a good thing I have one of those retractable magnetic pen thingy's other wise I'd have to go buy another plug socket from somewhere else. The socket part of the tool is wonderful but not being able to grip the spark plug is why I wouldn't recommend the tool.
