I got this as part of the giveaway and have been using it almost everyday for about three weeks. I use it in the morning under my sunscreen. I have combination skin that is prone to breakouts but this has caused me no breakouts or clogged pores. The texture is very thin and watery but not too runny. I can't comment on its brightening quality as that is not what I'm after and I haven't used it for long. I mostly look to vitamin C serums as an antioxidant to boost my sun protection during the summer. My other experience with vitamin C has been the ordinary and cosrx. While I really liked the cosrx one this has been easier to use and has no smell. I'll continue to use the bottle and will write another comment at the end of it.

I very much wanted to like this product because it is so lightweight, and I received it for free from Yesstyle! However, it does not do much for me except give me closed comedones. It also contains two ingredients that can flare up Malassezia, and if you're prone to Fungal Acne outbreaks, please proceed with caution. The ingredients are: Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C Palmitate), and Isopropyl Myristate (this has a 5/5 comedogenic rating). Though I enjoyed the texture of this product, I really wish the product came in a better sealed container, such as an airless pump, as otherwise can cause oxidation rendering this product useless.

I've been using the Torriden Vita C Ampoule for almost two months and I think it's pretty good. After applying toner, I add about three to four drops to my face before moisturizing each night. I'm not sure if there's a major difference (other than lighting) when I compare my before and after images, but it's a decent serum. I also noticed that one of the first ingredients listed is Niacinamide which was nice. The consistency is pretty thin, not like water but definitely not goopy. Overall, I wasn't expecting any drastic effects and it satisfies my combination skin needs. **I got this product as part of the YesStyle Glow Up Giveaway program.
this serum contains both vit c and niacinamide, so if you are lazy to apply 2 products at once, this is for you! it says it is not sticky, and i disagree, it is not completely non-sticky, but you should be fine. i actually love how it smells a little citrucy. it is a natural fragrance, nothing added. there are better niacinamide serums to my taste, but this is a decent product. i havent used it long enough to see a significant brightening effect, and i dont really have many acne spots to brighten, my conren is sun damage. but i can say that using niacinamide everyday made my skin less oily and now it is almost normal. and i believe using vit c is a good habit on the long run.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that it has no smell, it's not oily, gives no burning feeling on the skin, no whiteheads nor irritation or redness. I also feel that it absorbs quickly.It gives you a subtle glow and makes your face look less dull. It's too early to observe any positive effect on my pores (that is one of the claims of the brand).I will add my final impressions once I've finished the product.

I have been using this Torriden serum solely both day and night for 2 weeks and see brightening of complexion. It did little to fade post inflammatory hyperpigmentation marks but overall skin tone is bright and clear. Serum is light and absorbs into skin quickly and easily. Layers well under skin care and makeup without pilling. I prefer a vitamin c serum with higher percentage of absorbic acid but for general brightening and maintenance, it does well on its own. Recommend to those who generally want to brighten skin tone but cannot tolerate concentrated vitamin c serums and do not have areas of hyperpigmentation. An overall good, everyday, morning serum if your skin is generally in good condition.

I received the serum as part of a glow up giveaway, since then I have been using it for about two months and I have mixed feelings about it. After application, the skin is radiant and illuminated, and you can clearly feel the moisturization, which is a definite plus. The downside, however, is that the serum is sticky, it can work as a base for makeup, but when I go to sleep, I don't like it if the products on my face are sticky. So I think it depends on individual preferences. In general, the serum is just okay, it didn't impress me but it didn't do anything bad to the skin either. However, I wouldn't buy it again because I know better products with vitamin C. Unfortunately, when it comes to lightening discolorations, I didn't notice it.
