I bought this brand because I was worried about fakes from other suppliers sold online. Toshiba cards are made in Japan, and while that is no guarantee that you will get a fake, I feel confident buying this brand. In addition I check all the sd cards I now buy using a free software program called F3 by Digirati. This card passed with flying colours. Speed is as stated on the pack. Just remember that 128GB means that because of the file allocation table, your real capacity is around 116 GB. This is the second of these cards I've bought and I'm very happy with it. I recommend this.

Not reccommend. Card use seems to crash my phone wverytime. Not possible to transfer any files to and from card on the phone or the laptop/computer. Crashed the computer and phone each time I tried to access any content on the card. I have images and videos on the card now which I cannot copy/back up or share or do anything with. Very annoying and waste of time. Phone used - Samsung S7 Edge. Computer used, standard Dell Desktop and a Lenovo Yoga.

I bought this for my partner. It was so easy to install & format in her Sony Xperia XZ1 Smartphone. She got the full 128gb storage as well. We're both very happy.. Massive value for money too.. Especially for 4k recording capability.. Highly recommended...

Modern smart phones can utilise an sdcard as additional onboard storage. The phone then see's the internal and SD as one combined area. The down side is you need a fast sdcard in order for this to work. This Toshiba card is more than fast enough to cope well with this storage conversion. I am really pleased with the quality. I am happy to recommend this card.
Good Points: It fitsImprovement Points: This came with a bt wifi home cam for security etc. The review should have been asked for in the camera not the sd card that came with it which let's face it has a pretty easy mundane job to do. No alas it is the camera that I comment on as the principle purchase which is not really very good. But I was not asked about that! Odd!
Having had a number of bad experiences purchasing memory cards I am now very careful to check all cards I receive, first with Fakeflashtest and then with h2testw. I am pleased to report that this card performed perfectly: Warning: Only 59052 of 59053 MByte tested. Test finished without errors. You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again. Writing speed: 14.4 MByte/s Reading speed: 41.9 MByte/s H2testw v1.4
Had one of these little beauties in my dash cam for two and a half years now great transfer speed still going strong totally reliable in every way highly recommend it.
The card was fitted to a video camera (Nikon) and tested at the highest resolution and maximum frame speed for 5 minutes. The images were faultless indicating that the card worked fine at the maximum speed. I have not checked the card at 4k.
it is U3 card, which should have high rate transfers. Yet - I am getting max 22 MB/s transfer when reading/copying from card through USB3 to my SSD. all other similar cards I have have much higher transfer (up to 100 MB/s and sometimes a bit over). So, i am not sure if I received real thing or fake...
Before ordering this 128GB Toshiba micro SD card I had bought same capacity 128GB Samsung and then Sandisk, but when tested with HDD Regenerator, they showed many Delays, which means they were not original...This 128 GB Toshiba micro card showed no Delays or any other problems on it, it is performing as expected, though it is made in Taiwan, as Samsung & Sandisk. It seems Toshiba is doing its job to look after its cards quality well... So, I am completely satisfied with this Toshiba 128GB micro SD card & its performance !
