This should definitely be used an intended, but it could definitely replace your energy drink during the day if you needed it to. I definitely recommend if you've never used a pre-workout enhancement supplement before, to start with their 1/2 scoop portion as your first full dose to start off as even the half dose causes the 'tingles'. I've tended to move more toward tingle free formulas, but this will get you through your workout or run with extra energy and focus. Taste is solid, I chose the sour gummy flavour and it holds up as a repeat flavour of choice. Bonus points: I really enjoy the packaging and the Bioperine as an added ingredient I find helps curb my appetite if you're on a weight decrease program.

Amazing Product and Customer Service!

First, the product. Having been in the fitness industry both professionally and personally for 20+ years I have tried plenty of pre-workout products along the years. Let's be honest, there are a lot of quality products out there to choose from but what I really want from a company is quality customer service. The kind of company that stands by their product and will do anything to ensure their customers are happy and satisfied. Redcon1 has amazing customer service! My package was delivered severely damaged, most certainly due to poor handling during shipping, the package was damaged and when I opened the box the pre-workout container was dented and the inner seal was punctured and powder spilled into the box. I contacted Redcon1 and they immediately sent me a replacement product with expedited shipping free of charge, even though it wasn't their fault. That's the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back!! Give Total War and Redcon1 a shot, you won't be disappointed!!

Disgusting

Picked up a can of this at local walmart. Strawberry Kiwi was the only option they had. It took absolutely every ounce of my inner strength to drink a serving. It tasted like what I imagine a cup of jock sweat would taste like. Not sure if your product testers have ever tasted strawberries or kiwi but neither taste like this. I tried to use the thought "it's not about the taste, its for the effect" but this is so bad it's not even worth trying to get through another cup. Kind of upset about throwing $40 in the trash but the garbage is the best place for at least this flavor.

Good stuff!

Today was my first time trying Total War. I also mixed in Big Noise. Compared to other brands I've tried, this one is definitely the winner. I felt it before I got to the gym but after a few sets thats when it really kicked in. Plenty of energy and strength.. but not too much. Flys were my last chest set and I felt a wave of heat hit my chest after every set. It felt really good. I still had energy when my workout was finished. But again, not too much. I'm glad I decided to try Redcon1. Definitely will be coming back!

Great pwo, hate the flavor (personally)

I bought Total War off the shelf at my base exchange. I wasn’t crazy about the profile, but had been wanting to buy from Red Con for a long time. I love what their company does for the military and military members (like Eddie) and their values. The only two stocked were Sour Gummy Bear and “Tiger’s Blood.” Unsure about SGB, I got Tiger’s Blood not knowing what it was. I wish they just would have called it “Pina Colada,” because as far as I can tell that’s what it is. I hate Pina Colada. Love the pwo, but hate the flavor. Sadly, the exchange doesn’t have the same return policy as GNC so I can’t swap out. Will buy again! …Just not Tiger’s Blood (unless you enjoy Pina Coladas…then go for it).

Let’s go baby. Feel the energy

Strong stuff. Really gets you going in the gym. Before I used Redcon1 Bcaa energy mix post workout. That helped me recover from my exercise. This preworkout hits different. I’m good during and after the session. I don’t need any pick me ups after that. Great flavors too.

Terrible Supplement

I’ve been bodybuilding for the past 3 years, 5 times a week. I figured I wanted a little energy boost in my workouts. I took half a scoop every other day for 3 weeks. This product burned through my stomach lining and gave me severe gastritis. I haven’t been able to go to the gym or eat more than twice a day because of this product. I’ve lost over 30 pounds of gains and my mental health has been greatly affected. I cannot put into words how horrible this product is for your gut health and how sick this product has left me. Keep in mind I’m a person who doesn’t drink, eats as healthy as possible, and this preworkout still managed to destroy my stomach. Don’t buy this if you care about your health.

I keep my pump for what seems like hours after workouts.2. Beta Alanine - For that wonderful skin crawl feeling, over time with consistent use you're going to feel your endurance climb steadily. If you don't like the skin crawl feeling, stop complaining, it doesn't last forever. I miss that feeling once the body builds a tolerance.3. Caffeine and Taurine - If you don't know what these are for, you're young and new to the game or just ignorant. You probably shouldn't be taking any supplements until you do more homework. Get your meal plan and training program on point first.4. N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate and DMHA - Boosts your mental focus and clarity, feel the drop. No, not the bass drop, the dopamine drop. This is also how we fire up the Central Nervous System. This makes for happy time intensity. WARNING - If you compete USAPL, that means this supplement is off limits for you.5. Theobromine - A little bit of stim "icing on the cake."6. Higenamine - You can feel your lung capacity increase. Deeper breaths mean more oxygen, all the muscles fire off better.My overall product review -A quality product, reasonably priced without excess garbage to make it seem more appealing. It's like jet fuel for your workouts. Take it as directed, don't be stupid and take too much and then leave a bad review. Like I said before, unless you're planning on competing USAPL, there's really no reason not to give this product a try. I have been hitting workouts with a clear head, intense energy and a killer instinct. This product deserved a real review.

Total War user

The only time I can lift is early in the morning so this preworkout does help get me moving and focused more so than coffee does. First week or two of using my first tub it had a decent stim feeling, but since then haven’t noticed it, even after taking periodic breaks from it. Pump is good. I’ve tried grape, mango, and apple so far, all have tasted good. Can usually find a deal running so price is good. One of my only negatives I have was shipping time, the order will sit as processed for about a week before it gets sent out, so even that’s not too terrible, just have to reorder a little earlier. Overall pretty good, seems to be working well enough for me so I’ll stick with it for the time being.

honestly so trash. flavor is disgusting (I got tropical punch at a vitamin shoppe). first time taking I did a full scoop and got the tingles SO bad and was so nauseous. but 1/2 a scoop or 1/4 scoop does absolutely nothing. energy lasts for what feels like 5 minutes and then its gone (when not a full scoop). So I literally have zero benefit from taking this. If you're looking for pure energy c4 is WAY more effective, efficient, valuable, more affordable, AND tastes better. Also this does nothing for my body. I wish I could return but it's been more than 30 days so vitamin shoppe won't take it back.
